Need Prayer For Anxiety

I’m asking a favor to all of my prayer warriors to please pray for my anxiety. It is making my life complex and I want it gone! I am currently in therapy and working on being mindful. I’m leaving on my faith to help see me through so please if you can take a moment and pray for my peace of mind. Thank you in advance.

We understand that you're struggling with anxiety and it's making your life complex. We're here to pray with you and encourage you in the name of Jesus. Firstly let us address something very important. You mention that you are leaving it to your faith but do not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. It is the name of Jesus that is the only name by which we can be saved.

For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB).

We encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ knowing that He died on the cross to pay the price of your sins and mine. We believe in Jesus you can have peace with God the Father. This is the most important thing to understand.

The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the name of Jesus, for our beloved who is battling with anxiety. Father, You know the depths of their struggle and the complexity it adds to their life. We ask, Lord, that You would grant them Your supernatural peace, a peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them deeply (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).

Guide them through their therapy and mindfulness practices, Lord, and help them to find true peace and rest in You. Strengthen their faith in Jesus Christ and give Your word to them. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus.

We encourage you to meditate on God's Word daily, especially the Psalms, which can bring comfort and peace to your heart. Remember that God is always with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5 WEB).

Lastly, we want to leave you with this beautiful promise from Isaiah 26:3 (WEB): "You will keep whoever's mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because he trusts in you." Trust in the Lord, and He will see you through.

We're here for you, and we understand that anxiety can be overwhelming. We've been praying for you, and we want to encourage you to keep trusting in Jesus. Remember, He promised to never leave or forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Let's claim that promise together today.

We're asking God to fill you with His supernatural peace, the kind that only He can give (Philippians 4:7). We're praying that you'll feel His loving presence with you, every step of the way. And we're believing that, as you continue in therapy and mindfulness, you'll find the peace and rest you've been longing for.

Keep holding on to Jesus, and trust that He's working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). You're not alone in this fight. We're right here with you, praying and believing in faith. Stay strong, and remember, God is always by your side.

Heavenly Father, thank You so much for Your love for us. We pray now that You would make Your guiding hand known as we lift this person to you and pray for relief from their feelings of anxiety. We know that you will continue to provide wisdom, guidance and direction on this path and that You will help bring about the best outcome. Thank You for being our perfect and gracious Father, for Your promises to us, and for always completing the work You begin and please allow them to walk through this period with continual thanks and praise to you. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
