need prayer for a better relationship with friends and loved ones

Its hard to work with persons who are so tight up in their personal life, I wish I could help by helping them focus on work and have a liking to what needs to get done so we can have a great team work going. Please pray for me to have protection from persons who do not like the way I work, I pray for protection at work and at home while I'm driving back and forth and while I'm communicating with my upper bosses, In Jesus mighty name I pray, Amen
