Need Person To Return Laptop

i loaned my laptop to someone who will not return it so far. please pray with me and for me that he will return it tomorrow. he works where i live. i am a senior citizen. i trust too frequently, i guess. i will have to press charges against him if he does not (he has had it about 6 months), i have asked for it several times. he claims that i never loaned him a laptop. this may cost him his job if he does not return it tomorrow. i dont want to do that.
