We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed and anxious, and we're here to support you in prayer and truth. Firstly, we commend you for ending your request acknowledging Jesus. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God the Father. God does not hear sinners but hears the prayers of His children and those approaching Him through Jesus. You are right to pray to the only true and living God, and not an angel, Mary or another dead saint. The only mediator we need is Jesus Christ.

Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in need of Your peace. Lord, You know the anxiety and paranoia that they are feeling right now, and we ask that You remove these and fill them with Your strength and peace. Help them to fix their minds on You and to trust in Your goodness and sovereignty. Give them the courage to face whatever is causing this distress, with the assurance that You are always with them and will never forsake them.
Father, we also pray for Your forgiveness. The only thing that can cause anxiety and fear is unconfessed sin in our lives if we are Your children. We know nothing can separate us from the love of God. Please draw them closer to You, help them repent if needed, and strengthen their faith and trust in You. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
