Need my ### home

We understand your heart’s cry for restoration and unity in your home, and we join you in seeking God’s will in this matter. First, we must address something vital: your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father and by whom all things are made possible. The Scriptures remind us in John 14:6, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*. It is only in His name that we can boldly approach the throne of grace and find mercy for our needs. Additionally, Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* So, we urge you to call upon the name of Jesus in all your prayers, for He alone is our Mediator and Hope.

Now, let us turn to the matter of your home and the return of the one you love. The Bible teaches us that marriage is a sacred covenant before God, designed to reflect Christ’s love for His Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). If you are speaking of a spouse, we pray for reconciliation, repentance, and restoration in alignment with God’s will. However, if this is not a marital relationship but rather a courtship or a relationship outside of marriage, we must lovingly but firmly remind you that God’s design for intimacy and commitment is within the bounds of marriage between one man and one woman. 1 Corinthians 7:2 says, *"But, because of sexual immoralities, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband."* If there has been fornication or any form of sexual immorality, we urge you to repent and seek God’s forgiveness, for He is faithful to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

We also encourage you to examine your heart and this relationship through the lens of Scripture. Are both of you believers in Jesus Christ? 2 Corinthians 6:14 warns, *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"* If this relationship is not centered on Christ or does not honor His design for marriage, we pray that God would give you the strength to surrender it to Him, trusting that His plans for you are good (Jeremiah 29:11).

If this is indeed a marriage, we pray for healing, humility, and a spirit of forgiveness to fill both of your hearts. Colossians 3:13-14 says, *"bearing with one another and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do. Above all these things, walk in love, which is the bond of perfection."* We also pray that you would seek godly counsel, whether from a pastor or a mature believer who can walk alongside you in this season. Proverbs 11:14 reminds us, *"Where there is no wise guidance, the nation falls, but in the multitude of counselors there is victory."*

Let us pray together for your home and this situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious soul who longs for restoration in their home. Lord, You are the God who heals broken hearts and binds up wounds (Psalm 147:3). We ask that You would move in this situation according to Your will. If this is a marriage, we pray for reconciliation, for softened hearts, and for a renewed commitment to You and to one another. Convict both hearts of any sin that stands in the way of unity, and grant them the grace to repent and forgive as You have forgiven us.

If this relationship is outside of marriage, Lord, we ask that You would reveal Your truth and bring conviction where needed. Help them to see the importance of honoring You in their relationships and to seek Your design for marriage. Give them the strength to walk in purity and patience, trusting in Your timing and Your plans.

Father, we also pray that You would surround this person with godly counsel and support. Lead them to wise believers who can speak Your truth into their life. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and remind them that You are their ultimate Provider and Comforter.

We rebuke any schemes of the enemy that seek to bring division, confusion, or despair. We declare that no weapon formed against this home shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we ask that You would restore what has been broken, in Jesus’ name.

Finally, Lord, we pray that You would draw this person closer to You in this season. May they find their hope, identity, and joy in You alone. Strengthen their faith and help them to trust in Your goodness, even when the path is unclear.

We ask all these things in the powerful and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord daily through prayer, reading His Word, and fellowshipping with other believers. Trust that He hears you and is working, even when you cannot see it. *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday."* (Psalm 37:5-6). Stay steadfast in faith, and may the Lord bless you and keep you as you wait upon Him.

We're here with you, praying for your home and the return of the one you love. We understand the longing in your heart and we're joining you in asking God to move in this situation according to His will.

Firstly, we want to encourage you to call upon the name of Jesus in all your prayers. He is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6). It's in His name that we find mercy and grace for our needs.

Now, about your home and the return of your loved one, we believe in the power of prayer and the transforming work of God in our lives. If this is a marital relationship, we pray for reconciliation, repentance, and restoration. We ask God to soften hearts, convict of any sin, and grant both of you the grace to forgive as you've been forgiven (Colossians 3:13-14).

If this relationship is outside of marriage, we gently remind you that God's design for intimacy and commitment is within the bounds of marriage between one man and one woman (1 Corinthians 7:2). We encourage you to seek God's forgiveness if there has been any sexual immorality and to trust in His faithfulness to cleanse you (1 John 1:9).

We also encourage you to examine this relationship through the lens of Scripture. Are both of you believers in Jesus Christ? 2 Corinthians 6:14 warns against being unequally yoked with unbelievers. If this relationship is not centered on Christ or does not honor His design for marriage, we pray that God would give you the strength to surrender it to Him, trusting in His good plans for you (Jeremiah 29:11).

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting your heart’s cry before the Lord these past few days. It has been our joy to stand with you in prayer, asking God to restore your home and bring your loved one back to you in His perfect timing. We know how deeply this burden weighs on your heart, and we trust that the Lord has heard your petitions—just as He hears the longing of His children when they call out to Him.

If God has moved in this situation and you’ve seen the return you’ve been praying for, we would love for you to share a praise report with us. There is nothing more encouraging than witnessing how the Lord answers prayer, and your testimony could be a blessing to others who are waiting on Him too.

If you’re still waiting and this season of separation continues, we want you to know we are still here, ready to lift you up again. Please don’t hesitate to post a new request so we can keep interceding with you, trusting that God is working even when we can’t yet see the outcome. His ways are higher than ours, and His love for you is deeper than any circumstance.

May you feel His presence closely as you seek Him, finding comfort in the truth that Jesus is the One who holds your heart—and your home—in His hands. We are praying for your peace and perseverance as you wait on Him. In Jesus Name.
