We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up these earnest requests before His throne. Father, we know that You are the God of breakthroughs, the One who opens doors that no man can shut, and the Author of every good and perfect gift. We stand on Your promises, believing that You hear and answer the cries of Your children.
For the professional certification and courses, we pray that You grant clarity, focus, and wisdom. Lord, Your Word says in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." We ask that You remove every distraction and fill this heart with understanding and retention of knowledge. Strengthen the mind and spirit to persevere through study and preparation, and let success crown these efforts. May this certification be a stepping stone to greater opportunities that honor You.
For the new job and employment visa, we declare that You are the God who provides. Philippians 4:19 reminds us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We pray that You open the right doors for employment, leading to a position that not only meets financial needs but also aligns with Your purpose. Grant favor with potential employers and immigration authorities, and let this visa process be smooth and swift. We rebuke every spirit of delay and uncertainty, trusting that Your timing is perfect.
Regarding the desire for a life partner, we lift this up with great care and reverence. Father, we know that marriage is a sacred covenant, a reflection of Christ’s love for the Church. We pray that You prepare the heart for the spouse You have already set apart, one who loves You above all else and seeks to honor You in this union. Help resist the pressure to conform to worldly standards or settle for less than Your best. 2 Corinthians 6:14 warns, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" We pray for patience and discernment, that this union will be built on Your Word and guided by Your Spirit. Any relationship that does not honor You, including those outside of Your design for marriage between one man and one woman, must be surrendered to Your will. We rebuke the lies that say compromise is necessary and declare that God’s plan is perfect and worth waiting for.
For the current visa situation, we stand on Isaiah 41:10, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." We pray that You intervene in this meeting, softening hearts and turning the outcome in favor. Until the new job and visa are secured, we ask for Your protection and provision, that no weapon formed against this situation shall prosper.
We also take authority over the spirits of gossip, slander, and the evil eye that have been directed toward this family. Psalm 105:15 declares, "Don’t touch my anointed ones! Do my prophets no harm!" We rebuke every lying tongue and every scheme of the enemy designed to bring division or harm. We pray for healing from any hurt caused by these actions and ask that You restore peace and unity within the family. Let no root of bitterness take hold, but instead, fill the hearts with forgiveness and grace, as You have forgiven us.
Father, we also address the attacks on character, where others have labeled arrogance or stubbornness. We know that standing firm on Your Word and refusing to compromise can sometimes be misunderstood. But Your Word says in 1 Corinthians 1:27, "But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise. God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong." We pray that You give boldness to walk in the confidence of who You have called this one to be, not swayed by the opinions of others. Let the light of Christ shine brightly, silencing every accusation and revealing the truth.
Lord, we recognize that all these requests are made in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or find access to You. Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We come before You as believers in Jesus Christ, trusting in His finished work on the cross and His resurrection power. If there is any doubt or uncertainty about salvation, we encourage placing faith in Jesus alone, confessing Him as Lord, and believing in the heart that God raised Him from the dead.
We pray all these things with faith, knowing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. To You be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen.
