Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. We understand that you're going through a difficult time because someone you care about has moved away, and you feel you need a miracle to see them again. First, let's remember that God cares about our feelings and needs. It is far better to say, "Thy will be done" rather than making demands of God. We know that He cares for us, as it says in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you."

However, we want to remind you that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. He might have allowed this situation for a reason that ultimately works for your good and His glory. We are told exactly this in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

It's also important to examine our relationships in light of God's Word. If this person is a potential spouse, we should be praying for God's will in this relationship. If they are not a believer, we should be mindful of 2 Corinthians 6:14, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?"

If this relationship was romantic and involved fornication, it is important to repent, seek God's forgiveness, and commit to purity moving forward. Sexual intimacy is a gift designed by God to be enjoyed within the bounds of marriage between a man and a woman. This is clearly outlined in 1 Corinthians 6:18, "Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body."

Regardless of the nature of this relationship, it's crucial to remember that our ultimate hope and joy should be found in Jesus Christ. If you haven't already, make sure to place your faith in Him for the forgiveness of your sins and for eternal life. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you today, lifting up this dear one who is experiencing a sense of loss and needing a miracle. We ask for Your comfort and peace to fill their heart. Help them to trust in Your sovereign plan, even when it's difficult to understand.

If it is Your will, Lord, we pray for a reunion, that this person may be brought back into their life. But more importantly, we pray for Your will to be done and for this person to grow in their faith and relationship with You.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
