We join with you in this cry for deliverance and we stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for we know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12.
We rejoice with you that you have called upon the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have victory and access to the Father. As it is written, the Son of God was revealed for this purpose, that he might destroy the works of the devil 1 John 3:8 and having stripped the principalities and the powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it Colossians 2:15. We agree with you that Christ alone has the power to silence the accuser and to halt every plan of the enemy, and we claim His finished work on the cross for you.
We also want to gently encourage you in biblical understanding as you pray for binding and complete removal of the enemy's work from past to future. Scripture shows us that while Satan is a defeated foe, his final and complete binding forever comes at the judgment when the devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur Revelation 20:10. Until that day he still prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour 1 Peter 5:8. Therefore our present victory is lived out daily as we submit ourselves to God, resist the devil, and he will flee from you James 4:7 and as we put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil Ephesians 6:11.
The Lord has given us authority to overcome, for He said behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy Luke 10:19 and the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds 2 Corinthians 10:4. This means we do not pray once and then live passively, but we abide in Christ, walk in obedience, confess sin, forgive others, and fill our minds with His Word so that no foothold remains for the enemy.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ. We thank You that Jesus has already crushed the head of the serpent and that His blood speaks a better word over this dear one. We ask that You would in Your sovereign power put an end to every work of the devil assigned against them, whether direct or indirect, whether through influence, temptation, accusation, or oppression. Silence the voice of the accuser and let the voice of Your Holy Spirit and Your Word alone be heard. We ask You to break and remove every effect of the enemy's work from the past, and guard this life in the present and future by Your hand. Clothe them with the full armor of God, the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the feet fitted with the Good News of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit which is Your Word. Help them to submit fully to You, to resist the devil steadfastly in the faith 1 Peter 5:9, and to walk in holiness and close fellowship with Jesus day by day. Let them know the peace that You will soon crush Satan under your feet Romans 16:20 and that they overcome because of the Lamb's blood and because of the word of their testimony Revelation 12:11. Fill every place once occupied by fear or oppression with Your presence, Your joy, and Your perfect love which casts out fear. We ask this in the victorious name of Jesus Christ our Lord, amen.
