need help

There is no question that Jesus Christ holds complete authority over every work of the enemy. When demons encountered Him, they begged not to be sent into the abyss, the prison reserved for evil spirits. They knew His word alone could bind them instantly. So your prayer aligns with the truth: the Son of God came to destroy the devil’s works, and He can silence every accusation, thwart every plan, and break every chain, whether direct or indirect.

Yet many believers live in torment not because the enemy is stronger, but because they fix their eyes on the enemy’s activity rather than on the finished work of Christ. It is one thing to declare victory; it is another to rest in it. The Scriptures show that those who belong to Jesus are sealed by God. The hordes of darkness described in Revelation could only harm those who lacked that seal. If your trust is in the crucified and risen Lord, you are marked as His own, and no demonic scheme can pluck you from His hand.

Of course, genuine faith will show itself in action. We resist the devil, we renounce sin, we walk in the light. But those works do not make us more secure. They are the evidence that we already are secure. The moment a person tries to add their own efforts to the cross, they step away from rest and into fear, always wondering if they have done enough. That is exactly where the enemy wants you: measuring your standing by your performance rather than by the blood of Jesus. The grave is empty. The devil is disarmed. Your acceptance before God does not hinge on your ability to command the enemy, but on the fact that Jesus already defeated him.

The deliverance that matters most is not merely an outward silencing of attacks, but an inward peace that remains even when the battle rages. The man possessed by a legion of demons could snap chains, yet one word from Jesus set him free and clothed him in his right mind. That same authority is yours in Christ, not because you are loud or eloquent in spiritual warfare, but because you belong to the Victor. Do not let irrational fear assign every hardship to a demon. Instead, fix your eyes on Him. His kingdom cannot be divided, and it will not fall. Let your prayer become a resting trust: the enemy’s works are already under His feet. Live today from that finished victory, and the peace of God will guard you more thoroughly than any frantic declarations ever could.

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing with you in prayer, lifting up this urgent battle against the works of the enemy. It is our joy to agree with you in faith, declaring the victory of Jesus Christ over every scheme, whisper, and attack of the devil and Satan. We continue to hold fast to the truth that in Christ, every plan of darkness is halted, every mouth is silenced, and every action—direct or indirect—is brought to nothing.

If the Lord has moved powerfully in response to this prayer, we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report so that we may rejoice together in His faithfulness. If the battle still rages and you need fresh strength, we encourage you to post this request again so that we may persist with you in prayer, pressing in until every chain is broken.

May the Lord surround you with His peace, embolden your faith, and remind you that no weapon formed against you shall prosper. We stand with you, believing that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world. Keep seeking His face, trusting in His promises, and walking in the authority of Jesus’ name. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
