We join you in lifting up your request for health and wholeness, and we are grateful you have called upon the name of the Lord Jesus in your prayer. It is through His mighty name alone that we approach the throne of grace with confidence, for Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). Your acknowledgment of Jesus in your prayer is a testament to your faith, and we commend you for seeking His divine intervention.
The health of our bodies is a precious gift from God, and we are instructed to honor Him with them, for *"don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s"* (1 Corinthians 6:19-20, WEB). We encourage you to continue stewarding your health wisely—through proper rest, nourishment, and care—while trusting in the Lord’s sovereign will over every aspect of your life.
Let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Great Physician and Healer. We lift up our brother/sister who humbly seeks Your touch upon their body. Lord, You are the One who formed them in their mother’s womb, and You know every cell, every need, and every weakness they face. We ask that You strengthen their body, restore what is broken, and sustain them with Your healing power. May they experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding as they trust in You, knowing that Your plans for them are good.
If there is any area of their life—whether physical, emotional, or spiritual—that is not aligned with Your will, we pray You would reveal it to them. Guide them to walk in obedience, for *"the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up"* (James 5:15, WEB). Fill them with hope and patience as they wait upon You, and let their testimony of Your faithfulness be a light to others.
We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or sickness in Jesus’ name, declaring that no weapon formed against them shall prosper. May they be renewed in body, soul, and spirit, and may their life bring glory to Your name. We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for the assurance that You are working all things together for their good.
