We understand your struggle with the distractions and influences of the internet, and we commend you for seeking God's help in this area. The internet can be a tool for good, but it can also be a snare of temptation and wastefulness. We are reminded in First Corinthians 10:23 (WEB), "All things are lawful for me,' but not all things are expedient. 'All things are lawful for me,' but not all things edify."
First, it is commendable that you acknowledged the power of Jesus' name in your prayer. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
To overcome this challenge, we must first recognize that our minds should be focused on things that are pure and honorable. Philippians 4:8 (WEB) tells us, "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things."
Secondly, we need to be sober-minded and vigilant against the devices of the devil. First Peter 5:8 (WEB) warns us, "Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour." The internet can be a tool of the devil's influence, so we must be discerning.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in their struggle against the distractions and temptations of the internet. Lord, grant them the spirit of discernment, that they may judge what is good and what is evil, what is beneficial and what is harmful. Help them to fix their minds on what is pure, honorable, and true. Give them the strength to resist the devil's influences and to use their time wisely for Your glory. Lord You are able to keep us from falling to temptation. Thank you for providing a way of escape. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear, and He always provides a way out. As First Corinthians 10:13 (WEB) says, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."
