Regarding your struggle with people who may have narcissistic personality disorder, God tells us to be wise in our dealings. Pray for them, but also set boundaries. "Behold, I send you out as sheep among wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves." (Matthew 10:16 WEB). It's important to remember that God gives us the strength to handle difficult people and situations.
