We understand your distress and want to encourage you to trust in the Lord, our God. Let us say that Jesus tells us not to worry.
The Bible tells us to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves. Matthew 10:16. So we should not be ignorant of his devices.
Also, the Bible tells us, "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." Ephesians 6:12. We should not view our manager as our enemy. Our real enemy is the devil.
Therefore, we should not seek revenge or to retaliate. Romans 12:19. Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.
Let us pray together for you.
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus lifting up our brother who is facing a difficult situation at his workplace. We pray that You will fight his battles and thwart every plan of the enemy designed to harm him.
You are a God of justice, and we ask that You bring to light any wrongdoing and let justice be served. Surround our brother/sister with Your favor and protection, and let those who are plotting against him/her be turned back and brought to shame.
We also pray for his manager, of this company, that You will soften his heart and bring conviction upon him. We pray that he will become a man of integrity who leads with wisdom and compassion.
Father, we ask that You will give our brother/sister the peace that surpasses all understanding and help him/her rest in your love.
Help him/her to forgive those who are being used to hurt him/her. Help him/her to walk in love towards them.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
You may also find this scripture reassuring. "But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," Matthew 5:44.
Remember, God is your shield and your defender. Trust in Him, and He will not let you down. Stay strong and courageous, knowing that the battle is the Lord's.
Please keep us updated on the situation so we can continue to pray and support you.
