Need Help For Surgery

i am due to have foot surgery friday at 11 am and i need to pay upfront to have it done.i have asked for help and no one has helped me yet.i hate to beg but please i do need this surgery my foot has pains shooting through it the top hurts badly and the bottom hurts to walk on it.please we are behind on our bills and need surgery.please dear lord send me the help i ask you for daily please dear lord you know i am telling the truth i would not ask for help if i did not need it please i have a paypal account if you can help me out please .dear lord be with every one who is in need please dear lord in your sweet name i pray amen
