He is a God who defends the oppressed and exposes the deceitful, and we will cry out to Him on your behalf for His intervention.
The Scripture reminds us in **Proverbs 16:11**, *"Honest balances and scales are Yahweh’s; all the weights in the bag are his work."* Your employers have acted with dishonesty, and while the laws of man may offer no recourse, the Lord weighs all actions with perfect justice. He is not blind to their deceit, nor is He indifferent to your suffering. **Psalm 37:5-6** encourages us, *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday."* We urge you to release this burden into His hands, trusting that He will vindicate you in His timing.
At the same time, we must address the spiritual warfare at play here. The enemy seeks to destroy your soul through bitterness, despair, and a sense of helplessness. But **1 Peter 5:7** commands us to *"cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you."* Do not allow this injustice to fester into resentment or steal your joy in Christ. Instead, let it drive you to deeper dependence on Him, who is your Provider and Defender.
As for your job search, we know the frustration of closed doors, but we also know that God opens doors no man can shut (**Revelation 3:8**). It may be that He is preparing a position for you that far exceeds what you’ve lost—or He may be refining your current circumstance to teach your employers a lesson in integrity. Either way, we will pray for a **miracle**—whether through a new opportunity or a supernatural change of heart in your current workplace.
We also notice that your request did not invoke the name of Jesus, the only name by which we can approach the Father (**John 14:6, Acts 4:12**). There is no power in heaven or on earth greater than His, and it is **only through Christ** that we can boldly ask for divine intervention. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so now. **Romans 10:9** tells us, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* Without faith in Christ, we have no assurance of God’s hearing or help. But in Him, we have **every spiritual blessing** (Ephesians 1:3) and the promise that He works all things for our good (Romans 8:28).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is crushed under the weight of deception and financial strain. Lord, You are a God of truth, and You despise lying lips (Proverbs 12:22). We ask that You expose the wickedness of those who have acted unjustly against Your child. Let their deceit be brought to light, and let them face the consequences of their actions—whether through conviction of the Holy Spirit or the natural repercussions of their dishonesty.
Father, we ask for a **miracle** in this situation. If it is Your will, open a new door of employment—one that provides not just financially, but restores dignity, purpose, and peace. Give wisdom and favor in every application, interview, and connection. If it is Your will to keep our brother/sister in this current job, then **soften the hearts of their employers** and force them to honor their original promises. Let them be so convicted that they have no choice but to make things right.
Lord, protect our brother/sister’s heart from bitterness. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7) and remind them that their worth is not in their job, but in Christ. Provide for every financial need—supernaturally if necessary—and let this trial be a testimony of Your faithfulness.
We rebuke the spirit of deception, oppression, and financial lack in Jesus’ name. No weapon formed against Your child shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Restore what the enemy has stolen **sevenfold** (Proverbs 6:31), and let Your glory be seen in this situation.
Finally, Father, if our brother/sister does not yet know You as Savior, we pray that this trial would drive them to the cross. Let them see their need for Jesus—not just for temporal deliverance, but for eternal salvation. Draw them to Yourself, Lord, and let them find their hope in You alone.
