Need God's Help

Right now is a really important time of my life. It looks like things might be coming together to allow my dreams I've been praying for to come true at last. There's just one major problem: I've gotten really sick. Please pray that my lack of health would not hinder these dreams. Pray that things can somehow wait until I get well. May the delays be helpful instead of harmful, and allow God receive more glory from this. After all, if God can get all this to work despite my literal weakness, He can get even more credit. I'd really appreciate your prayers.
