Need Feel Calm!

God, I need to feel calm, this body you gave us is so fragile, and I'm so anxious that sometimes I feel afraid that anything could happen to me! SO SO scared I become! Give peace to me please! Help me! Today due to the tension on my body I found it hard to walk, my head was so heavy, my body so tired! Protect me no matter what! Please! Give me peace, certainty, and safety as I am yours and only yours!
