Need energy and focus

Anonymous

Beloved of All
I need prayers for a huge push of energy to get things done this week without witches and unclean spirits touching, pestering and distracting me in Jesus’ name.

We hear your cry for strength and focus, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this need before our Heavenly Father. The battle you describe is not merely physical or mental, it is spiritual, and we take that seriously. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every unclean spirit that seeks to harass, distract, or drain you, declaring that they have no place in your life. The blood of Jesus has already defeated them, and we stand on that victory.

The Word of God tells us in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." You are not fighting alone, we join you in this battle, and more importantly, the Lord of Hosts fights for you. We command every spirit of sloth, confusion, and weariness to flee in the mighty name of Jesus. You are covered by the power of His blood, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

We also encourage you to examine your life for any footholds the enemy may be exploiting. Are there areas where sin, unforgiveness, or unconfessed struggles have given him access? James 4:7 says, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." Submit yourself fully to God, confess any known sin, and stand firm in His promises. The enemy cannot touch what is covered by the blood of Jesus and guarded by the Holy Spirit.

For energy and focus, we turn to the Lord, who gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak (Isaiah 40:29). The apostle Paul reminds us in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." You are not relying on your own strength, you are drawing from the endless well of God’s power. We pray that He would renew your strength like the eagle’s, that you would run and not grow weary, walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Name above all names. We thank You that You are our strength, our shield, and our deliverer. Lord, we ask that You would fill [this person] with Your Holy Spirit, granting them supernatural energy, focus, and clarity this week. We break every assignment of the enemy against their mind, body, and spirit. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we rebuke every unclean spirit that seeks to distract, harass, or drain them. We command these spirits to flee in Jesus’ name, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We plead the blood of Jesus over their life, their home, their mind, and their work. Let no evil thing have any place in their life.

Lord, we ask that You would renew their strength like the eagle’s. Give them laser-like focus to complete the tasks before them. Help them to prioritize what is important and to cast every care upon You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Let them not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, they will reap if they do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

We pray for divine protection over them, that You would surround them with Your angels and hedge them in on every side. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May they walk in the fullness of Your Spirit, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God (Colossians 1:10).

Father, we also ask that You would reveal any areas in their life where the enemy may have gained a foothold. Lead them to repentance and restoration where needed, and fill them with Your grace and mercy. Let them walk in holiness and purity, for You are holy (1 Peter 1:16).

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your faithfulness and declare that this week will be one of productivity, victory, and breakthrough. May Your name be glorified in all that is accomplished. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm in faith, knowing that God is with you. Surround yourself with scripture, write down verses like Philippians 4:13, Isaiah 40:31, and Ephesians 6:10-18, and declare them over your life daily. Put on the full armor of God so that you can stand against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11). Spend time in worship and prayer, for the enemy cannot stand in the presence of praise. You are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves you (Romans 8:37), and this week, you will see His power at work in your life. Keep pressing forward, and do not grow weary, your breakthrough is coming!

Thank you for letting us know what you’re facing this week. We’ve been in that place where every task feels heavy and it seems like something is deliberately breaking your concentration. We’re glad you reached out, and we’re praying with you.

When those pestering thoughts try to pull you off course, one thing that has helped us is to pause for a moment, reject the distraction silently in Jesus’ name, and then refocus on the very next small task as an act of worship. You don’t have to win a mental battle alone; you can simply say, “I belong to Christ,” and turn your attention back to what’s in front of you. That simple act, repeated, often robs those whispers of their power.

We’d also gently encourage you, if you haven’t already, to take a few quiet minutes to ask the Lord to search your heart. Sometimes we open doors without realizing it, and renouncing anything that doesn’t honor Him, then asking His Spirit to fill every corner of your life, can clear the air. It’s not about fear but about walking in the freedom Christ has already won for you.

The energy you need won’t come just from your own reserves, it comes from Christ’s strength working in your weariness. You can lean into that.

We pray: Lord Jesus, we ask You to surround Your child with Your peace that silences every distracting voice. Grant the focus and steady energy needed to complete what’s before them, and let no evil spirit linger. Let their mind be anchored in You, working calmly and purposefully. In Your powerful name we ask this, amen.

Deliverance from the power of darkness comes not by our straining, but by looking to the heavenly Father altogether and alone. You have cried out against the touch of the unclean, and rightly so, for we wrestle not against flesh and blood. Yet remember, the arrow of the Lord's deliverance is shot through human instrumentality divinely strengthened. Rise, then, and take up the bow of your duties; shoot the arrow of focused labor, and the Lord shall give the victory. He brought Israel forth with silver and gold, and He shall enrich your week with completed tasks if you rest your soul upon Him.

Be not surprised that the enemy pesters you when a great push is needed. They who would declare the works of the Lord must first know tribulation. What great deliverance has a man to speak of who has only walked on the beach? This very harassment, when overcome, shall become another stanza of His praise. The clock of mercy struck in heaven the hour of your deliverance, for the time had come. Go now, and as you work, sing of the deliverance vouchsafed; let your gratitude be deeper, your song more jubilant. The Lord has chastened you sorely, but He has not given you over unto death. You shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

🙏Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You ask for prayers for energy and focus, and for protection from witches and unclean spirits. Know first that the name of Jesus Christ is a strong tower; at the mere mention of it, every demonic power trembles and flees. But you must not only speak the name, you must have faith in the One who bears it. The evil spirits have no share in the kingdom of God; they are scattered abroad by Christ, not gathered. If you abide in Him, they cannot touch you. The air may be filled with these dark powers, but they rule only over those who willingly give themselves to them. A true servant of God is not their prey. When Paul preached, even handkerchiefs from his body drove out diseases and demons. How much more shall the living Word in your heart and the sign of the cross protect you?

But consider also this: perhaps the distraction and weariness you feel are not always from witches or spirits. Often, our own negligence and lack of discipline weigh us down. The devil indeed seeks to hinder every good work, but he cannot force himself upon a willing soul that clings to Christ. If you are baptized and partake of the holy mysteries, you have put on Christ, and you have the Spirit of adoption. The enemy can pester, but he cannot overcome unless you consent. Therefore, instead of fearing what they might do, turn your energy to prayer and to the task at hand. The fishermen apostles, unlearned and simple, conquered the whole world of evil spirits, not by spells, but by faith and the word of God.

So then, pray not only for a push of energy, but for a steadfast spirit. Say, "Lord, give me strength, and let no unclean thing distract me, for I am Yours." And then set to work, knowing that He who is in you is greater than he that is in the world. I will pray for you, that the Lord may grant you such focus that all the sorceries of the wicked one are rendered useless, and that you may accomplish everything to His glory. Only do not magnify the power of darkness, but magnify the Lord who has already vanquished them. Amen.

The real battle this week is not fundamentally about your to-do list or even those harassing spirits. The real battle is about the focus of your heart. You are describing a feeling of being pestered and distracted, and that is a very old tactic. The enemy works to magnify the problem, to make the spiritual static so loud that it consumes your attention. Your prayer for energy and focus will be answered as you learn the secret of redirecting that attention.

Energy is not just a physical thing; it is a spiritual reality released when our focus is right. Think of the disciples praying in Acts. They had just been threatened and beaten, but their prayer did not begin with the threat. It began with worship. They spent time declaring the greatness of God, His sovereignty, and His power before they even mentioned their need. When you magnify the Lord, the problem shrinks to its proper size. If you spend your energy analyzing the distraction, saying "this feels horrible, I wonder if God really hears me," your faith will drain away. The enemy wants you to fixate on the fog so you forget the solid rock beneath your feet.

Those ancient sorceries and enchantments you mentioned are rooted in confusion and noise, but they have no power against the focused truth of God’s Word. His truth is your shield. Just as Jesus used Scripture to silence the accuser in the wilderness, you must let God’s truth be the barrier between you and the lies that are trying to buzz in your ear. You are not to fight for victory; you are to stand in the victory already won. Do not give the enemy a seat at the table by letting your mind run endless loops on how you feel attacked. Instead, dwell in the secret place of the Most High, where His presence becomes a fortress and a protection that overshadows the static.

You want a huge push of energy to get things done. That energy comes from abiding, not striving. The honey that revived Jonathan’s eyes in the middle of the battle was a simple provision from God that gave him strength to push forward. God’s Spirit is that quickening energy for you right now. When the pressure mounts, stop the mental spiral and lift your eyes. Say, "Lord, You are great. Your love endures. Your promises are true." Let worship be your weapon. As you shift your focus from the witchcraft trying to touch you to the God who holds you, a supernatural strength will rise within you. The distractions will lose their voice, and you will find the clarity to move forward because your eyes are fixed on Him, not on the fog.
