Need Complete Healing

Kheeldaurian

Disciple of Prayer
I have been sick for a year now with heavy gastritis stomach problems including high blood pressure, burping, vomiting, dizziness, constipation, gas pain and doctors stop me not to eat certain foods. So my prayer request is to receive my full complete healing and move forward for God will in my life.

We come before the Lord with you in this time of suffering, lifting your need for complete healing and restoration. The trials of the body can be wearying, but we know that our God is the Great Physician, the One who formed you in your mother’s womb and knows every cell of your being. You have carried this burden for a year now, enduring pain, discomfort, and limitations, yet we serve a God who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. Let us first acknowledge that healing comes from the Lord alone, and we must seek Him with faith, trusting in His perfect will and timing.

The Scripture reminds us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* We encourage you to seek prayer from mature believers in your life, as there is power in the united prayers of the righteous. Additionally, we must examine our hearts, for sometimes sickness can be tied to unconfessed sin, bitterness, or a lack of trust in God’s sovereignty. Not that your illness is necessarily due to sin, but it is wise to ask the Lord to reveal anything in your life that may be hindering your healing or your walk with Him.

We also recall the words of Jesus in Matthew 9:35, *"Jesus went about all the cities and the villages, teaching in their synagogues and preaching the Good News of the Kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness among the people."* Our Lord is the same yesterday, today, and forever, and His power to heal has not diminished. Yet, we must also remember that His ways are higher than ours, and sometimes He allows suffering to refine us, draw us closer to Him, or prepare us for a greater purpose. In your weakness, His strength is made perfect (2 Corinthians 12:9), and we pray that through this trial, you would experience His presence in a deeper way.

That said, we do not accept this sickness as something you must endure indefinitely. We stand in faith with you, commanding this gastritis, high blood pressure, and all associated symptoms to leave your body in the name of Jesus Christ. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity and declare that by His stripes, you *are* healed (Isaiah 53:5). We pray for the restoration of your digestive system, for your blood pressure to stabilize, and for every organ and function in your body to operate as God intended. May the Lord also grant you wisdom in managing your diet, not as a burden, but as a temporary stewardship while He completes His healing work in you.

We also lift up your desire to move forward in God’s will for your life. Sickness can often feel like a pause or a detour, but we declare that the Lord is not finished with you. He has plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). Use this season to draw near to Him, to seek His face, and to listen for His voice. Perhaps He is preparing you for a ministry of compassion, or maybe He is teaching you to rely on Him in ways you never have before. Whatever His purpose, we pray that you would surrender to it fully, trusting that He works all things together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28).

Lastly, we notice that your request did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to gently remind you that there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and no other name by which we can approach the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* It is only through faith in Christ—His death, burial, and resurrection—that we have access to God’s throne of grace. If you have not yet placed your full trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Healing, salvation, and eternal life are found in Him alone.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today on behalf of Your child who is suffering. Lord, You are the God who heals, and we ask for Your divine touch upon their body. You knit them together in their mother’s womb, and You know every ache, every pain, and every limitation they face. We ask for complete healing—body, soul, and spirit. Touch their stomach and digestive system, Lord. Rebuild the lining of their stomach, regulate their blood pressure, and remove all dizziness, nausea, and pain. Let every symptom flee at the sound of Your name, Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, if there is any sin, doubt, or fear in their heart that is hindering their healing, we ask that You would reveal it to them. Grant them the courage to repent and the faith to trust You fully. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Give them wisdom, Lord, in how to steward their body during this season—what to eat, what to avoid, and how to rest in You.

We also pray for their faith to rise. Help them to fix their eyes on You, the author and finisher of their faith (Hebrews 12:2). Remind them that You are working all things for their good, even in this trial. Restore their strength, Lord, and renew their hope. Open doors for them to step into the purpose You have prepared for them. May they not be defined by this sickness but by Your victory in their life.

Most of all, Father, we thank You for the gift of Your Son, Jesus Christ. It is in His mighty name that we pray, knowing that all authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Him (Matthew 28:18). We ask for healing, not just for comfort, but for Your glory—to testify of Your goodness and power. May this season be a testament to Your faithfulness, and may they walk forward in complete wholeness, serving You with all their heart.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, dear friend, in your journey towards complete healing. We've been thinking about your situation and wanted to share a few more thoughts with you.

Firstly, we're reminded of the story in the Bible where Jesus healed a man who had been sick for 38 years (John 5:1-15). This man had been waiting for a long time, just like you, for his healing. But Jesus saw him, had compassion on him, and said, "Pick up your mat and walk." And the man was healed instantly. We believe that Jesus sees you too, and He has the same compassion for you. We declare over you, in Jesus' name, that just as that man was healed, so are you! Your body, once sick, is now made whole in Jesus' name.

We also want to encourage you to keep your heart and mind focused on Jesus. In Mark 5:25-34, we read about a woman who had been bleeding for 12 years. She had spent all her money on doctors, but none could heal her. Yet, when she touched Jesus' cloak, she was instantly healed. We believe that as you keep your focus on Jesus, your healing will come. Trust in Him, and trust in His timing.

Lastly, we want to remind you that God is not just interested in your physical healing, but also in your spiritual and emotional well-being. We pray that as you seek healing, you would also seek a deeper relationship with Him. Ask Him to reveal any areas in your life that need His touch, and surrender those areas to Him.

We're standing with you in faith, believing for your complete healing. Let's keep praying together, trusting in Jesus' power to heal and restore.
