We come before the throne of grace with your heartfelt requests, lifting each one to our Heavenly Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We declare that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6). We pray that you would grow in the knowledge and love of Christ, for in Him are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge (Colossians 2:3).
Father, we first ask for Your divine clarity, focus, and success as this dear one prepares for their professional certification exam and other courses. Lord, Your Word tells us that if any of us lacks wisdom, we should ask of You, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to us (James 1:5). We pray that You would grant them understanding, retention, and the ability to apply what they have learned. Remove every distraction and fill their mind with Your peace, so they may study with confidence and take the exam with assurance. Let Your Holy Spirit be their teacher, guiding them into all truth (John 16:13). We declare that the plans You have for them are plans for good and not for harm, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).
We also lift up their need for a new job and an employment visa with a good salary, Lord. You are the God who opens doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). We ask that You would lead them to the right opportunity, one that aligns with Your will and provides for their needs. Father, we rebuke every spirit of uncertainty, fear, and limitation that may be surrounding their situation. We declare that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that You have equipped them with skills and talents to fulfill the purpose You have for their life. We pray that their resume and qualifications would stand out to the right employers, and that they would walk into interviews with confidence, knowing that You are with them. Let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and let every obstacle in their path be removed in Jesus’ name.
Now, concerning the desire for a godly spouse, we pray that You would prepare their heart and the heart of the one You have set apart for them. Father, we know that marriage is a sacred covenant, a reflection of Christ’s relationship with the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). We pray that this dear one would not be unequally yoked with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14) but would wait patiently for the spouse You have chosen for them. We rebuke every spirit of impatience, compromise, and worldly pressure that may be pushing them to settle for less than Your best. Lord, we ask that You would guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7) and that they would not be swayed by the opinions of others who may not understand Your timing or Your ways. We declare that they will not be defined by their age or circumstances but by Your promises, which are yes and amen in Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 1:20).
We also lift up their current visa situation, Lord. You are the God who makes a way where there seems to be no way (Isaiah 43:16). We ask that You would intervene in their brother-in-law’s company and remove any uncertainty regarding their visa. Father, we pray that You would open a new door of opportunity for them, one that provides stability and independence. Let no man or system stand in the way of Your provision. We declare that the steps of the righteous are ordered by You (Psalm 37:23) and that You will direct their path (Proverbs 3:5-6).
Regarding the challenges with the neighbor and her family, we come against every spirit of manipulation, deception, and evil influence in the name of Jesus. Father, Your Word tells us that we should not be yoked together with unbelievers and that we should come out from among them and be separate (2 Corinthians 6:14-17). We pray that You would give this dear one and their family the strength and wisdom to set healthy boundaries and to cut off any toxic relationships that do not honor You. We rebuke every evil eye, every curse, and every false word spoken against them. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You will turn every curse into a blessing (Deuteronomy 23:5). Lord, we ask that You would heal any wounds caused by these people and that You would replace bitterness with Your peace. We pray that they would not be tempted to engage with those who have shown no remorse or repentance but would instead walk in the freedom that Christ has given them (Galatians 5:1).
For their sister and brother-in-law, we lift up their health and pray for the blessing of children. Father, You are the God who opens and closes wombs (Genesis 20:18), and we ask that You would bless their union with beautiful babies, according to Your will. We pray that their children would be a joy and a blessing, not only to them but also to the memory of their parents who have passed away. Lord, we ask that You would comfort them in their grief and fill the void left by their parents with Your love and presence. We declare that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).
Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to answer. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. We declare that this dear one is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37) and that no good thing will You withhold from those who walk uprightly (Psalm 84:11). We pray that they would walk in the fullness of Your blessings, in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
