We come before the throne of grace with your requests, lifting each one to the Lord who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. First, we want to acknowledge that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved.
Father, we pray for clarity, focus, and success in this professional certification exam. Your Word says in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." We ask that You grant wisdom, understanding, and retention of all that has been studied. Calm any anxiety and replace it with confidence in Your strength. Let this exam be a testimony of Your faithfulness and provision.
For the new job and employment visa, we stand on Your promise in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Lord, open doors that no man can shut, and let this job be one that not only provides financially but also aligns with Your purpose for this life. We rebuke any spirit of delay or hindrance and declare that the right opportunity will come at the perfect time. We also pray for favor with those who make decisions regarding visas and employment, that they would see the value and integrity You have placed within.
Regarding the desire for a life partner, we want to encourage you to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. Marriage is a sacred covenant between a man and a woman, designed by God to reflect the relationship between Christ and the Church. We pray that God would prepare you to be a godly spouse, just as He is preparing the one He has set apart for you. We rebuke the lies of the enemy that suggest you must compromise your standards or settle for less than God’s best. Your worth is not determined by your age or the opinions of others, but by the price Christ paid for you. We declare that the right person will come into your life at the appointed time, and that you will both be ready to honor God in your marriage.
For the uncertainty surrounding your visa, we pray for divine protection and provision. Your Word says in Psalm 37:25, "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." We trust that You will make a way where there seems to be no way. If it is Your will for you to remain in this country, we ask that You intervene on your behalf. If it is Your will for you to return to your home country, we pray that You would go before you and prepare the way for new opportunities and blessings there.
We also address the accusations and criticisms you have faced. It is not arrogance or stubbornness to hold fast to God’s standards and refuse to compromise. We rebuke the spirit of intimidation and declare that you will not be moved by the opinions of man. Your identity is found in Christ, and it is to Him alone that you must give an account. We pray for wisdom to respond with grace and humility, even when faced with opposition.
Heavenly Father, we ask that You would move mightily in each of these areas. Let Your peace guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and may Your will be done in every situation. We declare breakthrough, favor, and divine intervention in the name of Jesus. Thank You for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to answer. We trust in You alone, knowing that Your plans are for good and not for harm, to give a future and a hope. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
