Need a small miracle

All, I hate to ask for prayers over something this mundane, but I have moved to PA and have been unable to sell my home in GA. I am praying a nice family moves into my home as it is a nice house that had love in it for several years and it deserves the same. The financial burden is becoming oppressive and I pray that God sends a purchaser to help me move on with my life. Its this holding on to the past where my marriage broke down is hurting me emotionally. I need to let this go if possible

Will you open the door to a buyer for his home in GA. Send someone to make an offer that will love this home and take care of it, someone Steve will be comfortable with handing over the keys to, someone who will be a good neighbor. Lord, I pray for financial blessings for Steve. May your cover this sale with your hand of mercy. Watch over Steve. Bless him. Draw him close. Lead, guide and direct him according to your will. I thank you for what you will do to help him in his time of regrouping. I praise your name. Amen
