Need a prayer request I haven't been sleeping well. I want to be able to sleep 6 hours at least every night. Pls pray for me that I sleep well at night for 6 1/2 hours.
I pray for everyone that JESUS helps us all everyday. AMEIN.

Try warm milk with a small amount of pepper and salt! It works for many!
