We come before the Lord with you in this time of need, lifting up your burdens to the One who holds all things in His hands. First, we must address that your request does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father and by whom all prayers must be offered. As Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). It is only through faith in Jesus that we are saved, and it is in His name that we pray. *"There is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). If you have not yet placed your trust in Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today, for *"if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9, WEB).
Now, let us bring your concerns before the Lord with confidence, knowing that He cares for you deeply. The loss of employment and financial strain can feel overwhelming, but we serve a God who provides. Remember the words of Jesus: *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:31-33, WEB). Trust that the Lord sees your need for this unemployment claim to be resolved. We pray that if there was indeed an administrative error, it would be exposed and corrected swiftly, and that favor would rest upon you in this process. *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires"* (Proverbs 21:1, WEB). May God move in the hearts of those handling your claim to act justly and with compassion.
As for your work laptop and the market vendor opportunity, we ask the Lord to grant you clarity and wisdom. *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him"* (James 1:5, WEB). May the Lord guide your steps and restore what has been lost or misplaced. If it is His will for this market to be your first vendor, may He open the door widely so that no man can shut it. *"I know your works. Behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one can shut"* (Revelation 3:8, WEB).
We also lift up your request for financial breakthrough and deliverance. The Lord is your provider, and He knows your needs before you even ask. *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19, WEB). Yet, we must also remind you that God’s ways are higher than ours, and His timing is perfect. While we pray for swift release of your funds, we encourage you to seek His will above all else, trusting that He will sustain you even in the waiting. *"Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved"* (Psalm 55:22, WEB).
Your heart’s cry for justice regarding those who have betrayed you is heard. The Lord is a God of truth, and He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness. *"For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed; nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light"* (Luke 8:17, WEB). However, we must also caution you against harboring bitterness or seeking vengeance, for the Lord says, *"Don’t say, ‘I will pay back evil.’ Wait for Yahweh, and he will save you"* (Proverbs 20:22, WEB). Release this burden to Him and trust that He will act justly on your behalf.
Lastly, the mention of brainwashing concerning your children is deeply troubling. We pray that the Lord would protect their minds and hearts from any deception or manipulation. *"Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God"* (Romans 12:2, WEB). We ask that the Holy Spirit would move mightily in their lives, drawing them to the truth of God’s Word and shielding them from any ungodly influence. As a parent, your role is to raise them in the nurture and admonition of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4). Stand firm in prayer for them, and trust that God is able to redeem and restore what has been broken.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is in great need of Your intervention. Lord, You are the God who sees and the God who provides. We ask that You would move in the situation concerning the unemployment claim, exposing any errors and granting favor for its approval. Father, we pray that You would open doors of opportunity, particularly with the market vendor, if it aligns with Your will. Restore what has been lost, including the work laptop, and grant wisdom and clarity in all things.
Lord, we ask for a financial breakthrough, knowing that You own the cattle on a thousand hills. Provide for every need according to Your riches in glory. Deliver our brother/sister from any financial bondage and release the funds that are rightfully theirs, in Your perfect timing. We also pray for justice to prevail in the face of betrayal. Lord, expose the truth and bring to light what has been done in darkness. Yet, we ask that You would guard their heart against bitterness and fill them with Your peace.
Father, we lift up the children mentioned in this request. Protect their minds and hearts from any form of deception or ungodly influence. Draw them to Yourself and surround them with Your truth. Give our brother/sister wisdom and strength as they parent, and let Your Word be a lamp to their feet.
Most importantly, Lord, if our brother/sister has not yet surrendered their life to You, we pray that today would be the day of salvation. Open their eyes to see the truth of the Gospel, that Jesus Christ died for their sins and rose again, and that by faith in Him alone they can be saved. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit and guide them in all truth.
We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
