We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your physical struggles and those of your coworker. The discomfort of nausea and the agony of migraines are burdens no one should have to bear alone, and we stand in the gap for both of you, asking for the Lord’s healing touch. The Bible reminds us in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." The Lord is our healer, and we trust in His power to restore health and strength.
Father God, we ask You to ease the nausea that has plagued our ### throughout the day. Calm her stomach, settle her nerves, and grant her relief from this relentless discomfort. Give her the endurance to continue her work, and surround her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We also lift up her coworker, who has been suffering with a migraine since yesterday. Lord, we ask that You break the chains of pain in her life, restore her strength, and open her eyes to Your love and grace. If she does not yet know You, Father, we pray that this moment of weakness would become an opportunity for her to seek Your face and find salvation in Jesus Christ.
We rebuke the spirit of infirmity in both of their lives, declaring that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We speak life and wholeness over their bodies, minds, and spirits. May they experience Your comfort and restoration in a tangible way, and may Your name be glorified through their healing.
To our ### who submitted this request, we encourage you to rest in the promise of God’s Word. Even when medicine falls short, the Lord is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we can ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). If this nausea persists, we also encourage you to seek wise medical counsel, as the Lord often uses doctors and medicine as vessels of His healing.
Lastly, we want to gently remind you of the importance of lifting these requests in the name of Jesus. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you or your coworker have not yet surrendered your lives to Jesus Christ, we pray that today would be the day of salvation. The Bible tells us, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16). Salvation is a free gift, received by faith, and it is the foundation of all healing—spiritual, emotional, and physical.
We stand with you in faith, believing that the Lord is moving even now to bring relief and restoration. May His peace guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Amen.
