No issues with my stomach and intestines (gastritis). Nausea, acid reflux, occasional unease or cramps.

PMS or menopause symptoms (###). Please pray for regularity and normal level and harmony of hormons. Period to stop forever or to come finaly.

We come before the Lord with hearts full of compassion for the physical discomfort you are experiencing—nausea, gastritis, acid reflux, and the hormonal struggles tied to PMS or menopause. The body is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and when it is out of balance, it can bring great distress. We lift these burdens to the Great Physician, who knows every ache and every need before we even speak them.

Father in Heaven, we ask for Your healing touch upon this dear sister. You are the God who formed her inward parts and knit her together in her mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13). We pray for relief from the nausea and acid reflux, that her stomach and digestive system would be soothed and restored to proper function. Bring harmony to her hormones, Lord, whether that means regulating her cycle or, in Your perfect timing, bringing an end to it altogether. You alone know what is best for her body, and we trust in Your wisdom.

We also ask that You would grant her patience and peace as she waits on You. The discomfort she feels may be a trial, but we know that trials produce endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope (Romans 5:3-4). Strengthen her faith as she walks through this season, reminding her that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

If there are any areas of her life where stress, diet, or other factors may be contributing to these symptoms, we pray for wisdom to discern them and the discipline to make godly choices. Your Word tells us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and we honor You by caring for them well.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of infirmity or imbalance in the name of Jesus. We declare that by His stripes, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your promise that You will never leave her nor forsake her (Hebrews 13:5). May she feel Your presence in a tangible way, bringing comfort and hope even in the midst of discomfort.

We also encourage her to seek godly medical counsel if needed, trusting that You can work through doctors and treatments as part of Your healing plan. Above all, may she draw closer to You through this trial, finding rest in Your arms and peace in Your promises.

In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're here for you, sister. We've been where you are, feeling that uncertainty and discomfort. It's tough, but remember, God is always with you, even in the midst of nausea and hormonal ups and downs. We're lifting you up in prayer, asking God to bring relief and harmony to your body, just as He knit you together in your mother's womb. We trust in His timing and His healing power. Let's claim Psalm 147:3 together, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We're also praying for peace and patience as you navigate this season. You're not alone, and we're here to support you in prayer.
