First of All, I Urge Prayers, Petitions, Intercessions and Thanksgivings be Made for All People, 1 Tim 2:1, for Government and All in Authority, so We May Lead Peaceful and Quiet Lives of Devotion and Dignity, 1 Tim 2:2, which is Good and Pleasing in the Sight of God our Savior, 1 Tim 2:3, Who Wants All People to Be Saved and Come to the Knowledge of The Truth, 1 Tim 2:4... Grant Loyal agents and bodyguards like David's Mighty Men, 2 Sam 23:23, and give them angelic protection, Ps 91:10-11 and heavenly intelligence as a gift to know what's coming before it occurs and circumvent it successfully and accordingly illuminate them, expose them, illuminate them (Like Elisha could hear the whispers of The King of Assyria's plans from the king's bedroom remotely at Elisha's Home [without electronic devices, btw, but You are obviously free to use whatever means You choose, being GOD and very creative]), 2 Kings 6:12. We ask for the fostering of godly alliances between free countries, for wisdom, humility (what to say and how to say it, Jn 12:49), and promotion of and strengthening of godly international alliances. We pray for the diminished influence of evil alignments, the eradication of false prophecy, teaching and persecution, and ultimately for the FURTHERANCE of FREE SPEECH, PRESS and PUBLICATION, DIGITAL, WRITTEN, TYPED and SPOKEN, that the Gospel of Jesus, the True Messiah, His Kingdom and all He commanded might lead to repentance and making disciples of nations throughout the world, Matt 28:18-20. We thank You and pray for the leaders who endeavor to be honest and have the agenda of Your Worldview, 1 Thes 5:17-18.

SAVE THE WORST, BLESS THE BEST, GUIDE THEM ALL, RAISE UP, SET DOWN, THE LORD GOD OMNIPOTENT REIGNS, Rev 19:6... “We give You thanks, Lord God, the Almighty, the One who is and who was, because You have taken Your great power and have begun to reign," Rev 11:17...

Our Father, we offer "petitions, PRAYERS, intercessions and thanksgivings," for ALL in AUTHORITY (Whether we LIKE them or NOT does not Exempt us from our DUTY), Save and PROTECT The President, His Family, Cabinet, Service Members, Our Senators, Representatives, SCOTUS Justices & Generals, Our PASTORS, Spiritual Leaders Here and Worldwide, and all Presidents, Prime Ministers, Governors, Kings, Parliaments, Congress Members -- "ALL in authority, that we might lead a quiet life in all godliness and dignity, knowing this pleases You, our Savior, who desire ALL to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth," 1 Tim 2:1-4.

We also thank You for those leaders You have allowed to be in power, Rom 13:1, and ask they be as channels of water in the hand of the Lord, Prov 21:1, knowing You sit in the heavens, and do whatever You please, Ps 115:3. We confess You are working all things after the counsel of Your will, Eph 1:11, thwart the plans of the wicked, Ps 33:10-11, work everything together for good to those who love You and according to Your purpose are CALLED, Rom 8:28. We submit to You, James 4:7, to government, Rom 13, to those who will have to give account for us in the Body of Christ, Heb 13:17, put on Your Armor, Eph 6:10-20, asking for loving-kindness, truth and angelic protection for us, for them, protecting them and ourselves from the serpent and his fallen angels, Dan 10:12-13, Ps 91:10-11, Heb 1:14. Thank You that Christ, who is in us, is greater than he that is in the world, 1 Jn 4:4, and for hearing these requests, Mark 11:24, with thanksgiving we offer these requests -- let the peace of God guard our hearts and minds, Phil 4:6-7, in Christ Jesus' Name...

We join with you in this faithful and timely intercession for our nation and the nations, for the Church, for civic leaders and for those who defend us, and we thank you for leading us to the throne of grace with such scriptural depth and burden.

We agree that this is our first duty and privilege before God. As it is written, First of all, then, I urge that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth, 1 Tim 2:1-4. Whether we agree with those in authority or not does not exempt us from this calling, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God, Rom 13:1.

We lift together before the Lord all who are in authority, the President and his family, his Cabinet, Senators and Representatives, Justices of the Supreme Court, generals and service members, governors, and all presidents, prime ministers, kings, parliaments and congresses worldwide, and we lift our pastors and spiritual leaders here and throughout the world. We pray that The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires, Prov 21:1. We ask that You make their hearts as channels of water to turn toward righteousness, wisdom and humility, and to know what to say and how to say it according to Your will.

We pray for wisdom and salvation for every leader, for heavenly intelligence and discernment like that given to Elisha, of whom it was said, Elisha, the prophet who is in Israel, tells the king of Israel the words that you speak in your bedroom, 2 Kings 6:12. We ask that You illuminate and expose every hidden counsel of wickedness, that You thwart the plans of the wicked, for Yahweh brings the counsel of the nations to nothing. He makes the thoughts of the peoples to be of no effect, Ps 33:10-11, and that You grant loyal, courageous protectors like David's mighty men, 2 Sam 23:23, and give angelic protection, for He will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways, Ps 91:11, and Are they not all serving spirits, sent out to do service for the sake of those who will inherit salvation, Heb 1:14.

We pray for the furtherance of free speech, a free press and free publication, digital, written, typed and spoken, not for vanity but that the Gospel of Jesus the true Messiah might go forth unhindered. We pray for the diminishing of evil alignments and false teaching and persecution, and for the fostering of godly alliances between free peoples, that Your Kingdom might advance and disciples be made of all nations as You commanded, Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I commanded you, Matt 28:19-20.

We pray for the peace of the beautiful and glorious land and for its people worldwide, and we pray with you, Save the worst, bless the best, guide them all. We acknowledge that You sit in the heavens and do whatever You please, Ps 115:3, and that You work all things after the counsel of Your will, Eph 1:11, and You work all things together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose, Rom 8:28. We rejoice that You reign, for we give You thanks, Lord God, the Almighty, the one who is and who was, because you have taken your great power, and reigned, Rev 11:17, and Hallelujah! For the Lord our God, the Almighty, reigns, Rev 19:6.

We thank You for leaders who endeavor to be honest and to honor Your worldview, and we pray for their strengthening and protection from the serpent and his fallen angels. We put on Your whole armor and submit ourselves to You, for greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world, 1 John 4:4, and we resist the evil one knowing You guard us.

Father, we come only through the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12, and Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6. We are grateful that this prayer is offered in Christ Jesus' name, for through Him we have access and confidence that You hear us.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, we thank You that You hear us when we pray according to Your will. Grant salvation to those leaders who do not yet know Your Son, grant wisdom and godliness to those who do, protect our nation and all free peoples, guard our service members and watchmen, preserve liberty for the preaching of the Gospel, and let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard our hearts and minds. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Phil 4:6-7. We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

We notice how deeply you care about both the people in authority and the people under their care. Wanting wisdom, salvation, protection for the land and freedom to speak and share the gospel is a good and right burden to bring to God, and we are thankful you are bringing it so faithfully.

It can feel overwhelming to hold so many needs at once, from national leaders to pastors to service members around the world. We find it helps to keep the focus simple and sustainable, so the prayers do not become a weight you carry alone. You might choose a small rhythm that matches what you already value, perhaps praying for one group each day and pairing each request with thanksgiving for the leaders who are seeking to do what is honest and right.

We are encouraged that you are not praying alone. Others are asking with you for peaceful lives, for godly wisdom and for the gospel to go forward freely.

Father, we bring these leaders and nations before You. Give wisdom to those in authority, protect those who serve, guard the freedom to proclaim Your truth, and draw many to know Jesus as Savior. Guard our own hearts with Your peace as we trust You to reign and to work all things for good. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your petitions for all in authority are heard with thanksgiving and we join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace. It is good and pleasing in the sight of God our Savior that prayers, intercessions and thanksgivings should be made for all people, for kings and for all that are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty, for He will have all men to be saved and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

We take comfort that you have laid this burden so fully upon the Lord, asking for wisdom, protection and guidance for those who bear the weight of government, for pastors and spiritual leaders, and for the preservation of that liberty by which the Gospel may yet be freely published and proclaimed. We pray with you that the Lord who sits in the heavens and does whatsoever He pleases would turn the hearts of rulers as channels of water in His hand, that He would thwart the counsels of the wicked and make even the wrath of man to praise Him, while His own purposes of mercy go forward. We ask that He would grant to those in high places humility to seek His counsel, clarity to speak what is true and right, and courage to defend what is good, and that He would surround with angelic keeping all who serve faithfully, according to His promise that He shall give His angels charge over them.

In all this we remember that the greatest need of every soul, whether prince or peasant, is salvation. The Scripture says, Whoever believes on Him shall not be ashamed. Salvation is not by works nor by human wisdom, but by divine grace through faith in Christ Jesus. It is to look unto Him and be saved, all the ends of the earth. It is to trust Him, to depend upon Him without fear as to present and eternal salvation. This faith is believing on a Person, even Christ Himself who is our salvation. He that has Him has a present salvation and a perfect salvation, not a mere hope of being saved hereafter, but a salvation secured even now, irreversible, because His honor is engaged to save the meanest of His sheep. This is the common salvation, wherein we have peace with God through the blood of Jesus which whispers peace within.

And so we pray that this peace, perfect peace, may keep the minds of those who trust in Him. You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. It is a peace that may be enjoyed amid thronging duties and surging sorrows, a peace that abides when loved ones are far away and when death shadows us and ours, for Jesus has vanquished death and all its powers. May this peace guard your own heart and mind as you continue steadfast in prayer, and may it be the portion of many in this land and in every land, as the Gospel goes forth with free course.

We therefore continue with you in prayer that the Lord would raise up and cast down according to His sovereign will, that He would foster godly alliances and diminish evil counsels, that false teaching would be exposed and the true Word would run and be glorified, to the making of disciples of all nations. We give thanks for every ruler who endeavors to walk honestly before God and man, and we pray above all that many yet unsaved, in high and low estate, may hear the plain Gospel of salvation by grace and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and live.

May the Lord hear these requests and let His peace, which passes all understanding, keep your heart and mind through Christ Jesus.

Your prayer for all people and for all in authority reflects exactly what Scripture calls us to do, and we join you in it with thanksgiving. We agree that it is good and pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth, that petitions, prayers, intercessions and thanksgivings be made for all, for presidents and prime ministers, for kings and parliaments, for senators and representatives, for justices and generals, for pastors and spiritual leaders, whether we like them or not, so that we may lead peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and dignity.

We pray with you for wisdom that is not of this world. The wisdom of this world and of its rulers is coming to nothing, but the wisdom of God is the Gospel itself, the method of salvation, that we are saved by the Cross. What seems foolishness to those outside is in truth the power and wisdom of God, foreordained before the worlds for our glory. We ask God to give our leaders and our churches that wisdom, not cleverness of words or human strategy, but the wisdom from above that knows Christ, the Captain of our salvation, through whom alone we are saved.

We pray for salvation, guidance and protection for our nation and for the nations, for the peace of the beautiful land and for its people worldwide, and for the furtherance of free speech and a free press, written, spoken and digital, so that the Gospel of Jesus, the true Messiah, and all He commanded may be openly proclaimed and make disciples of all nations. We remember that Christ who is in us is greater than he who is in the world, and we put on the armor of God and submit ourselves to Him, trusting that He sits in the heavens and does whatever He pleases, that the heart of the king is like channels of water in His hand to turn it wherever He wills, and that He is working all things after the counsel of His will for good to those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.

We thank God for every leader He has allowed to be in authority and for every honest effort to govern justly, and we ask Him to raise up what is good, to set down what is evil, and to reign in power.
