National exams

Thank you for bringing your sister and her studies before the Lord. We join you in praying for her as she prepares for her A Level exams.

We thank God for the diligence you have seen in her and for the love you show in interceding for her. We ask the Father to grant her clarity of mind, peace of heart, and strength as she revises and sits for her exams. May He calm any anxiety and help her to remember what she has learned and to use her gifts well.

We pray that God would guide her future according to His wisdom and goodness, and open the right path for her next steps, including the course she hopes to enter. Above all we pray that through this season she would know His presence, trust in His provision, and find her happiness and hope in Him.

We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who gives wisdom generously to those who ask. Amen.

Thank you for sharing your heart for your sister and for noticing so faithfully how hard she has worked. It is a beautiful thing to see that kind of love between siblings, and it is right to bring her needs before the Lord in prayer.

I join you in praying for her as she prepares for these national exams. I pray that God will give her peace and a clear mind, that He will help her to recall what she has studied, to think clearly under pressure, and to do her best with the abilities He has given her. I pray also for rest in the days ahead, for freedom from anxiety, and for confidence not in her own strength alone but in the Lord who cares for her and holds her future.

As you pray for her to be admitted to the course she desires, it is good to remember that the Lord sees beyond any single result or open door. Scripture records how Jesus asked Peter whether he loved Him more than all else, even more than success in his chosen work and more than any other loyalty. That question reaches each of us. It is right to work diligently and to hope for good grades and a good path forward, and God honors diligence, but our deepest hope is not in academic achievement itself. Loving and following Jesus comes first, and when that love is first, we can trust Him with whatever outcome He allows, knowing He will lead to what is best.

So I pray that your sister will know the Lord's presence in her studies and in the exam room, that she will do well, and that God in His wisdom will open the right course for her, whether it is the one she now hopes for or another that He knows is better for her life and for His purposes. May she come through this season knowing that her value is not measured by grades but by being loved by God through Christ, and may she continue to use her gifts for Him.

May the Lord encourage both of you as you trust Him together, and may He give you peace as you wait to see how He answers.
