We understand that you're going through a challenging time dealing with narcissistic individuals, and we want you to know that we're here to support you in prayer and truth according to God's Word.
Firstly, let's address the issue of narcissism from a biblical perspective. Narcissism, being characterized by an excessive admiration of oneself, is the opposite of the humility and love for others that the Bible teaches in Philippians 2:3-4, "Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but in humility of mind, let each of you regard one another as more important than yourselves; do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others." Therefore, we need to pray that those in your life will have a change of heart.
Let's pray together:
Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your divine intervention. We pray that You would remove or change anyone displaying narcissistic behaviors in this person's life. We ask that You would defend and protect from any harm or manipulation. We know that You are a shield around, the glory, and the lifter of the head. We pray for healing and restoration from any incidents that have occurred, and that You would bring comfort and peace.
We also lift up all victims of narcissistic abuse around the world. We pray that You would bring healing, freedom, and restoration to their lives. We ask that You would open their eyes to Your truth and love, and that You would help them to find their identity and worth in You alone.
Father, we also pray for the narcissists themselves, that You would change their hearts and bring them to a place of repentance and salvation. We know that You desire for all to come to repentance and knowledge of the Truth. We ask that You would help them to see the error of their ways and to turn to You.
Finally, we pray that anyone who is in a relationship with a narcissist will have discernment from God and be guided by the Holy Spirit. We pray that they will seek godly counsel and not be deceived. We pray that they will have the strength and courage to make wise decisions that align with Your will. We ask this in the name of Jesus, who taught us to be humble and to love others as ourselves.
We encourage you to remain strong in your faith and to trust in the Lord with all your heart. Remember that God is your defender and protector, and that He will never leave you nor forsake you. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, it is only by the name of Jesus that we are saved. This is because, there is no other name by which we can be saved. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.
As it says in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." And in John 14:6 "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We pray that you will find hope and healing in Him.
We encourage you to spend time in God's Word, seeking His wisdom and guidance. Surround yourself with godly people who can support and encourage you in your faith. Remember that God is faithful, and that He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can bear. He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.
Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land, and enjoy safe pasture. Also delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust also in him, and he will do this: He will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noonday.
Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him. Do not fret yourself because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen.
