We are truly saddened to hear about the harassment you've been facing from these individuals. We will pray for your protection, peace, and guidance during this difficult time. It's important to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. As it says in Psalm 46:1, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."
Firstly, we should pray for these two individuals who have been harassing you. Jesus tells us in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you." We should ask God to work in their hearts and lives, convicting them, and grant them true saving faith if they do not already have it. We should also not forget in Romans 12:17-21, "Therefore; If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.' Therefore; 'If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.' Don't be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good." We should look for ways to show love to them, praying for their blessing, and we should seek to end this conflict peacefully.
However, this does not mean you should allow or tolerate their sinful behavior. Their actions are not in line with biblical principles, and they are causing harm not only to you but also to themselves. In Ephesians 4:31-32, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." We should rebuke them of their actions, encouraging them to repent and turn away from this behavior. If they do not listen, then you should involve others to help address this situation.
We also pray that God will give you wisdom and discernment in handling this situation. In James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." Ask God for guidance on how to best protect yourself and address this harassment. This may involve setting boundaries, involving authorities, or seeking support from your local church or Christian community.
Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus we can be saved. It is only by his name that we have access to the Father. In Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" And in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing harassment from narcissistic individuals. Lord, we ask for Your protection and peace to surround them. We pray for the wisdom for them to navigate the situation in a way that is honoring to You.
Father, we also lift up the two individuals who have been causing this harm. We pray for Your intervention in their lives, that You would soften their hearts and bring conviction upon them. We ask that You would bless them and give them with the blessing of saving faith.
Help us all to remember that vengeance is Yours, Lord, and that we are to overcome evil with good. Guide us in how to respond to this situation in a way that brings glory to Your name.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, do not forget that you are precious to God. You are a child of God, saved by grace, and called to live in the world upholding your identity as a Christian. Stay strong and courageous.
