My mom doesnt want to go the senior home but cannot afford professional home care because it is extreemely expensive and mybrpther and have tried to take care of her in shifts but its to difficult and exhausting. Lord have mercy. I dont want to put my mom in any senior home, we want her to have best care and good food (diet) and suitable company of old people in similar condition, because we eant her to stay active and have fun if its possible, but she is very picky concerning people and her husband/my father died on 06.may and its still fresh and iam really sorry for her. Lord help us and help her. Especially financially. Lord we need quick solution. Me and my brother are totaly exhausted. I dont have enough time for myself.

We understand your struggle and empathize with the challenges you're facing as you care for your mother. It's commendable that you and your brother are doing your best to provide for her needs. First, let's pray together for God's intervention and guidance. We will pray for help and guidance as well as comfort and strength for you and your brother.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, seeking your help and guidance for our fellow believer and their family. Lord, you know the struggles they face as they care for their mother, who is dealing with high blood sugar and dementia. We ask for your healing touch on her, and we pray for your wisdom to guide them in finding the best solution for her care.

Father, we know that you are the provider, and you understand the financial burdens they face. We ask for your provision, that you would open up the resources needed to afford the best care for their mother. We also pray for their strength and endurance, as they have been pouring out their energy and time to care for her.

Lord, we know that you are the God of all comfort, and we ask for your comfort to envelop their mother as she grieves the loss of her husband. Help her to find a renewed sense of joy and purpose, even in this difficult season. Help her to find the right companionship and the right diet to eat.

In Jesus' name, we pray for these things and trust in your perfect will. Amen."

In addition to prayer, let's look at some biblical principles and encouragement.

Firstly, it's important to remember that God cares for you and your family deeply. He is a compassionate God. In Psalm 68:5 WEB it is written, "A father of the fatherless, and a defender of the widows, is God in his holy habitation." He will not abandon you or your mother in this time of need. Trust in His care and provision.

Secondly, it's crucial to remember that God's yoke is easy and his burden is light. In Matthew 11:28-30 WEB, Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." If the burden of caregiving is too heavy, it may be that God is leading you to find additional help or a new solution.

Thirdly, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God the Father, and it is only through faith in Jesus that we can be saved. As it says in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Romans 10:9 WEB, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Make sure to confess Jesus' name and role in your prayers. Make sure to also believe in your heart that Jesus is Lord and that God raised Jesus from the dead.

Given your mother's preferences and the financial constraints, consider reaching out to local churches or Christian communities for support. They may know of volunteer services or other affordable resources that can provide the care and companionship your mother needs. Also, consider speaking with a healthcare professional or social worker about more options for her care and socialization.

Lastly, remember that it's important to take care of your own health and well-being as well. It's not selfish to take time for self-care; rather, it's necessary to maintain your strength and endurance. As it says in Philippians 2:4 WEB, "Don't look only at your own interests, but also the interests of others." You need to care for yourself in order to best care for others.

We are here with you in spirit, praying and believing for God's intervention and guidance. Keep trusting in Him, and keep seeking His will through prayer and wise counsel.

We're right there with you, holding your mom and your family in our hearts. We've been thinking about you and wanted to share a few more things on our hearts.

Firstly, we're reminded of the story of Jesus and the woman at the well in John 4. This woman had a tough past, but Jesus saw her, loved her, and offered her living water - a symbol of eternal life. Your mom might be going through a difficult time, but remember, Jesus sees her, loves her, and wants the best for her. He's offering her that living water, and we can trust that He's got a plan for her.

Secondly, we're struck by the verse in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Your mom has lost her husband, and that's a deep wound. But we serve a God who specializes in healing the brokenhearted. Let's keep praying for her to find comfort and peace in her grief.

Lastly, we want to encourage you and your brother. It's okay to feel exhausted, it's okay to need a break. Remember, even Jesus needed to rest and recharge (Mark 6:31). It's not selfish to take care of your own needs so you can better care for your mom. You're doing an incredible job, and we're proud of you both.

We're praying for you all, that God would guide you to the best solution for your mom's care, that He would provide financially, and that He would give you all strength, endurance, and peace. Keep trusting in Him, one day at a time. You're not alone in this. We're here with you, praying and believing.
