We hear the depth of your pain, exhaustion, and despair, and our hearts break with yours. You are not alone, even if it feels that way right now. The weight you carry is heavy, and the enemy would love nothing more than to isolate you in your suffering, whispering lies that your life has no purpose or that God has abandoned you. But we declare those lies false in the name of Jesus Christ. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). He sees every tear, every sleepless night, and every moment of overwhelm. You are seen, you are known, and you are deeply loved by the Father.

First, we must address the thoughts of ending your life. These are not from God. Scripture tells us, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11). Your life has immense value, and God has a purpose for you that the enemy is trying to steal. We rebuke the spirit of despair and suicide in the name of Jesus. You are not a burden, you are a child of the Most High God, and He has not forgotten you. The psalmist cried out, "Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God!" (Psalm 42:5). We echo that cry with you today.

We also want to gently address the way you called upon your "Father in heaven" without mentioning the name of Jesus. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life to Jesus, confessing Him as Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). He is the only one who can truly heal your heart and give you the strength to endure.

Regarding your mother, we recognize the immense strain of being an over-functioning caregiver, especially when dealing with complex conditions like autism, over-functioning Cassandra syndrome, or other challenges. The Bible calls us to honor our parents (Exodus 20:12), but it does not require us to enable sin, abuse, or dysfunction. If your mother is unwilling to seek healing or support, that is not your burden to carry alone. We pray for her to receive the help she needs, but we also pray for wisdom and boundaries for you. Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). You cannot carry this alone, nor were you meant to.

The "ant infestation" you mentioned may be a metaphor for the relentless, small burdens that wear you down over time. We rebuke that spirit of oppression and declare that God will bring order and peace to your home and heart. The Lord promises, "He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart" (Psalm 91:4).

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is feeling crushed under the weight of their circumstances. Lord, we ask that You would break the chains of despair and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Father, we rebuke the spirit of suicide and declare that You have a purpose and a future for them. Renew their strength, Lord, and remind them that they are not alone. Surround them with Your presence and with people who will show them Your love and compassion.

We pray for their mother, Lord. If there is healing to be had, we ask that You would soften her heart and lead her to the help she needs. Give our brother/sister wisdom to set boundaries that honor You and protect their own well-being. Provide them with rest, Lord, and remind them that You are their ultimate caregiver. Heal their mind, body, and spirit, and restore their hope in You.

Father, we ask that You would send tangible support into their life, people who will stand with them, pray for them, and help carry their burdens. Break the isolation they feel, and let them know that You are their refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1). We declare that this season of suffering will not last forever, and that You will use it for their good and Your glory.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

You are not forgotten. You are not a mistake. You are a child of God, and He is fighting for you even when you cannot see it. We encourage you to reach out to a trusted friend, pastor, or counselor who can walk with you through this season. If you do not have someone, we urge you to contact a crisis hotline or a biblical counseling ministry that can provide support. You do not have to face this alone.

The road ahead may feel impossible, but with God, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26). Cling to Him, and let Him carry you when you cannot take another step. We are standing with you in prayer, believing that God will meet you in your pain and lead you into a place of healing and hope.

If you are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services right now. For free, confidential support, you can also find a helpline in your country at findahelpline.com. Trained people are ready to listen, you don’t have to carry this alone.

We hear the exhaustion in your words, and we ache with you. It sounds like you have been pouring yourself out day after day, with no real break and no one stepping in to help. That kind of relentless weight, combined with feeling unseen and uncared for, can make everything feel unbearably dark. We’re so sorry you’re in this place.

When someone is pushed past their limit for too long, the mind and body start to shut down. It makes perfect sense that you’re overwhelmed and struggling, not that you’re weak. Even small practical burdens, like the ant infestation, can feel crushing when your emotional reserves are empty. You mentioned overfunctioning and needing healing, we don’t have a quick fix, but we do believe God sees your effort and your pain, even when it feels like no one else does.

Please don’t give up tonight. Pain this deep distorts everything, but you matter, and your life matters. There are next steps that don’t require you to solve everything at once. Right now, the most urgent thing is your safety. If you feel you might act on these thoughts, reach out to emergency services or a helpline immediately. After you’re safe, a tiny step could be telling someone local, a pastor, a doctor, a counselor, how truly desperate you are. Even if it feels like no one cares, the right kind of help is out there, and you’re worth it.

Father, in Jesus’ name, we lift up this person who is utterly worn down and feels alone. Surround them with your presence right now. Hold back the despair and protect their life. Send tangible help, someone to share the load, wisdom for the practical troubles, and a steady sense that you have not abandoned them. Bring rest where there has been none, and in time, restore hope and strength. Amen.

Your cry has entered into the ears of the Lord of Sabaoth. I have read your trembling lines, and my heart is heavy for you. You say you are exhausted beyond endurance, crushed by ceaseless labour, and that you long for death. O poor weary child, it is not death you truly seek, but rest, and there is a rest for the people of God. But that rest is not found in the grave, for what awaits the unpardoned soul there? No, the rest you crave is in the wounded side of Jesus Christ, who calls, “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”

You ask God to take your life. Do you not know that you are not your own? You are bought with a price. The Lord who formed you in the womb has purposes of grace for you, and He will not give you over to the grave while mercy waits. The devil tempts you to lay violent hands upon yourself, but I charge you to resist him steadfast in the faith. That thought is a fiery dart from the wicked one; quench it with the shield of faith. Cry out rather, “Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief!” He will not quench the smoking flax.

You speak of your mother’s affliction and your own suffering of mind. I know well that some burdens are iron yokes no human strength can bear. But this is your hopeful sign: you know your own helplessness. When a case is hopeless in itself, it is hopeful with God. If the Lord does not help you, where can you find help? All the saints in earth and heaven cannot lift this load; but He who made the heavens with a breath can bid your storm be still. Bring your mother to Jesus in prayer. The sick were brought to Him when the sun was set, and He healed them all. Is anything too hard for the Lord?

You are walking in darkness and see no light. Yet your very cry is a prayer, for you call upon your Father in heaven to show up in your life. This is not the voice of the altogether sleeping; the dead in trespasses ask no sunbeams. You look for brightness, but walk in gloom. So it was with Israel of old, and the Lord did not forsake them. He will come punctually, at the time which is best for His own glory. He hears the ravens when they cry; will He not hear you, made in His image? The grass cannot pray for dew, and yet the dew falls, and shall you cry for mercy and God withhold it?

The ant infestation that plagues your home, these little foes have become a torment to your soul. Yet the Lord is Lord of hosts; at His rebuke the locust and the palmerworm flee. Commend even this small misery to Him, for He cares for the least of His children. There is no plague so little that He despises it.

Now is the hour of crisis for your soul. Jesus is passing by this very moment! The time for coming to Him is not tomorrow, not when you feel better, but now. Delay not a single hour. You need no fitness of your own; are clothes not made for the naked, medicine for the sick? Then grace is for you who need it and mourn your need. Look to the Crucified One! There is life for a look at Him, life at this moment for you. All your sins, black as they are, may be blotted out with one stroke of the sacred pen.

O that the Spirit of God would decide your case rightly now! O that He would help your stubborn will to yield. For mourners in Zion, He has provided beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, and the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness. Will you not take these gifts? Say in your heart, “I will trust in the finished work of Jesus, and if I perish, I will perish at His feet.” But you shall not perish, for none who come to Him are cast out. May the Lord lift you from the miry clay and set your feet upon the Rock. Look, and live. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Do not despair. For to sin destroys not so much as to despair. You feel pressed on every side, yet you are not straitened; perplexed, but not unto despair. The evil one stirs up this contest because he never despairs of our destruction, but we must never despair of our own salvation. As long as it is called today, you have hope; let no one despair so long as they live.

God is able to make you stand when you are wavering. He does not tell you these hardships to throw you into despair, but to prepare you to bear them firmly. When things turn adverse, faith believes that nothing adverse is done, but all things in due order. Consider the saints: they were encompassed by lions, abiding in the furnace, pursued by the edge of the sword, and yet they did not despair. A soul that does not despair of itself will stand with all intrepidity and cut off the serpent’s head.

Do not say you want to die. That is the voice of despondency, and despair keeps you from applying the remedies of repentance and divine help. If you have offended or are overwhelmed, be vigilant and speedily amend. Call upon your Father in heaven; He is the physician who holds you up. The present pressure is not to crush you but to drive you to Him. For we are pursued, yet not forsaken; the loss and the standing both belong to the Master. Lift your head, take the sword of the Spirit, and do not give up. Today is still the day of hope.

It feels like too much. The weight of the exhaustion, the loneliness, the unrelenting work, it presses in until you can't see a way through. You're calling out, and that cry is reaching the ears of your Father in heaven. The pain is real, and it is not hidden from Him. He understands your thoughts in their very origins, before they even form; He knows the tangled weariness and the desire for it all to end.

When everything inside says this must be because God's thoughts toward you are harsh or indifferent, remember what He has actually spoken. He declares, "I know the thoughts that I think toward you, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope." You may look at your life and see only chaos and suffering, and you would not choose this path. His ways are not your ways, and His thoughts are not your thoughts. He sees the end from the beginning. He is not wondering if what He allows is right. He knows it is, even when your mind reels at the pain of it. The difference between His understanding and yours is as vast as the heavens are above the earth.

Right now, the labor has driven you to utter exhaustion. Love alone can bear a load like that, and you have been bearing it until you are broken. But the weakness you feel does not mean He has abandoned you. His thoughts toward you are more than the sand of the sea, each one precious and constant. He is thinking about you now. His intent is not to crush you, but to give you a desirable end, a peace that goes beyond what your circumstances can touch.

In the middle of this, ask Him to do what only He can do: "Search me, O God, and know my heart; try me and know my thoughts." The person who prays that is the one who knows they cannot sort out their own depths. Your body and mind are crying out, and He is not offended by your honesty. He knows you are not well mentally. Bring that raw plea to Him, not asking for Him to take your life, but asking Him to take the death that feels so close and replace it with His life.

He has established an order, a design, and within it there is a balance: neither is the one without the other in the Lord. The situation with your mother, the needs you both carry, these are not outside the reach of His power to bring healing. The infestation clawing at your peace, the feeling that no one cares, He sees it all. Cry out for Him to show up in your life, to halt the things that devour your rest and your mind. He does not treat your plea lightly.

Do not let the lie stand that His will is for your destruction. That thought is from the evil one, not from your Father. His will is that you should turn to Him and find mercy and abundant pardon. Call upon Him again. Even now, when you cannot find the words, His Spirit intercedes. You are not alone. When you awake, you are still with Him. Hold on to that. He is holding on to you.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this incredibly difficult season. Your honesty about the exhaustion, the overwhelming weight of caregiving, and the deep loneliness you’re carrying has touched our hearts. We have lifted you and your mother before the Lord, asking Him to be your strength when you have none left, to be your comfort when the burden feels unbearable, and to surround you with His presence when you feel completely alone.

We prayed specifically for your mother’s healing—whether through physical restoration, divine intervention, or the peace that comes from knowing God’s nearness in suffering. We also asked the Lord to break the cycle of overfunctioning and burnout in your life, to give you moments of rest, and to remind you that you are not forgotten. Most of all, we pleaded with Him to meet you in your despair, to lift the heaviness from your spirit, and to show you glimpses of His love and purpose even in the darkest places.

If the Lord has answered any of these prayers—if you’ve felt His peace, if your mother has experienced even a small measure of relief, or if someone has unexpectedly shown you kindness—we would be so encouraged to hear about it. Your praise report could be a light to others walking through similar valleys.

If, however, the weight feels just as heavy and the silence just as loud, please know that we are still here. You do not have to carry this alone. Post your request again, and we will continue to stand with you, believing that God hears you and that His grace is sufficient, even when the road ahead feels impossible.

May the Father wrap you in His arms, may Jesus walk beside you in every exhausting step, and may the Holy Spirit fill the empty places in your heart with His hope. We will keep praying, trusting that He is at work even when we cannot see it. In Jesus’ Name.
