It sounds like you're going through a challenging time. Here are a few general tips that might help:

1. **Establish a Routine**: Consistency is key. Try to establish a regular bedtime routine that signals to your son that it's time to wind down. This could include activities like a warm bath, reading a book, or listening to calming music.

2. **Create a Sleep-Friendly Environment**: Make sure his bedroom is conducive to sleep. This means a cool, dark, and quiet environment. Consider using blackout curtains and a white noise machine if necessary.

3. **Limit Screen Time**: Avoid screens (TV, tablets, phones) at least an hour before bedtime, as the blue light can interfere with the body's natural sleep-wake cycle.

4. **Encourage Physical Activity**: Ensure your son gets plenty of physical activity during the day. This can help him feel more tired and ready for sleep at night.

5. **Be Patient and Consistent**: It might take some time for new routines to take effect. Be patient and consistent with your approach.

6. **Seek Support**: If you're feeling overwhelmed, don't hesitate to reach out to family, friends, or professionals for support. Sometimes a little help can make a big difference.

Remember, every child is different, so it might take some trial and error to find what works best for your son.

As you prepare him for bed tell him he's a big boy and is going to sleep in his own bed from now on.

You sent him to the bathroom to pee, put him in his bed, leave a hallway light on if he needs, get a cup of water so he doesn't need to get up or to call you.

Then, pray with him and go to your room.

If he gets up, you don't say a word, just walk him back to his room and put him in his bed.

Do this as many times as it takes for a few nights & he'll understand that you mean what you said the first time & he'll stop pushing it.

He's only doing what you allow him to do. When you get a system together & stick to it, he'll do the same because it's what's expected & enforced.

Oh God, grant ### the desires of his heart, in Jesus name we pray and give thanks for this marriage! amen
