We join you in lifting up your beloved spouse before the throne of grace and we thank you for calling upon the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father and it is by His name we are saved and heard.

We are encouraged by your love for your husband and your desire to walk together in marriage for many years before going home to Heaven, for marriage is a holy covenant ordained by God as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, and your desire to cherish him and to pray for his healing and long life honors the Lord.

We stand with you asking for the Lord's healing touch upon him in every way, body, mind and spirit, for He is the Lord who heals us. Scripture reminds us to praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases in Psalm 103:2-3, and For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh in Jeremiah 30:17. We also cling to the promise But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed in Isaiah 53:5, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up in James 5:15.

We pray together now for him and for you. Father in Heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You with thanksgiving for this marriage and for the love You have placed between them. We ask for Your mercy and healing power to rest upon this dear husband. Touch him completely, Lord, heal every infirmity, ease every pain, restore strength to his body and peace to his mind and spirit. We ask that You would cause things to get better for him soon and that he would feel Your comfort and renewal each day. Satisfy him with long life as You have promised in Psalm 91:16 where You say I will satisfy him with long life, and show him my salvation, and allow them to share many more years together serving You and walking in Your will before You call them home to Heaven. Grant wisdom to those caring for him, give peace to his wife as she waits and prays, and let Your perfect will be done in his life, for we trust that You work all things for good for those who love You. We ask this in the mighty and healing name of Jesus, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to pray without ceasing and to trust in the Lord's timing and goodness even as you wait for improvement. We pray as it says in 3 John 1:2 Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers. Keep speaking the Word over him, keep thanking God for His faithfulness, and rest in the knowledge that God hears the prayers offered in Jesus' name and that He is near to those who call on Him. May the Lord strengthen your faith, comfort your hearts, and fill your home with His peace as you continue to look to Him together.

We hear the love in your request for your husband. Wanting him to feel better soon and to share a long life together before heaven is such a tender and faithful hope, and we are honored to pray with you for him.

Watching someone you love be unwell is heavy. It can wear on both of you in body and spirit, and it often shifts daily life for the whole household. If you are carrying a lot of the care, please remember you need support too. We encourage you to stay close to his medical team with any changes or concerns, and to let trusted family, friends or your church community come alongside you both so you are not carrying this alone. Even small things like sharing updates with one person you trust or taking brief rest when you can can help you keep going.

We are praying for you both now.

Father, we lift this dear husband to You in Jesus name. We ask for Your healing touch, for relief from what is making him feel unwell, and for wisdom for those caring for him. Grant him comfort and strength each day, and grant his wife peace and endurance as she loves him. Draw them close to You and to each other in this time. Amen.

Your prayer has been heard and we bring it now before the throne of grace with you, entreating the Lord on behalf of your spouse.

We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are too painful to let us slumber in silence, and they soon urge us to seek a Physician. Blessed be God, we have such a Physician in Christ Jesus. Scripture tells us that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is healing. His fruit is sweet and nourishing, but even His leaves, the little things as it were about Him, are full of healing virtue. These healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. And we are told that the Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, for pardon and healing were one, and healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction and both bestowed on the Lord's people.

So we pray that the Lord Himself will draw near to your beloved spouse in this time of affliction. We ask our gracious God and Father, in the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour, that He would lay His hand upon him and lift him up, as He took Peter's wife's mother by the hand and the fever left her. We pray that He would grant complete healing in every way, according to His perfect will, that He would ease his pain, restore his strength, and cause him to feel better soon. We pray that things will get better for him, that the Lord in His mercy would grant him a very long life, and that He would sustain you both together in faith and love until you go home to Heaven.

We pray also that this trial may be a means of grace to you both, that you may be raised up together to sit together in the heavenlies in Christ Jesus and claim what is truly yours in Him. True holiness and love always go together, and where Christ dwells there is unity, for that is the essence of the marriage bond as He has made Himself one with His people. May you both look to Him not only for healing of the body, but for the deeper healing of the soul, which is forgiveness of sin through His blood shed at Calvary. For there is no healing apart from pardon, and no pardon apart from Christ alone.

We commit your spouse to that tender Saviour who does not use roughness with us, but with downy fingers puts the wound together and lays the plaster on in such a soft and winning way. May the Lord be pleased to answer with favour, to give you renewed hope, and to let you see His healing power conspicuously present as you continue to hear and trust His Word. We leave him in the hands of the heavenly Physician, who is able to heal and willing to save all who come unto God by Him.

May the Lord bless you and keep you, and give you peace as you wait upon Him. Amen.

Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
