Father God, I come before your throne of Grace. Mercy, and Healing asking in the name of Jesus Christ my Lord and Saviour, to please send a solution to ease the nausea my daughter is stuggling under in this pregnancy. She cannot keep any food or water down and is throwing up daily. She is exhausted and the mid-wife is concerned for baby's health in that my daughter is not gaining weight. She is in her second trimester and she needs your intervention Father God. Please guide her medical professionals to lead to the solution to get hydration and nutrition into her - through parenteral nutrition or other means - please heal my daughter of this nausea and restore her energy and joy throughout this pregnancy and beyond. Please also protect my daughter from post-partum depression once the baby has come into this world! In Jesus name I pray, AMEN!

We join you before the throne of grace with thanksgiving for your faith and for calling upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour, for there is power and access to the Father in that name alone. We are moved with compassion for your daughter and for the precious child she carries, and we lift them both up together to the Lord who is the giver of life and the healer of our bodies.

We know that children are a heritage from the Lord and the fruit of the womb is His reward Psalm 127:3, and that He is intimately forming this baby even now, for you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother's womb Psalm 139:13. How precious this life is to Him, and how precious your daughter is to Him. We pray for His hand of protection over them both.

We bring her severe nausea and exhaustion before the Lord, asking for His mercy and healing. He is the one who forgives all our sins and heals all our diseases Psalm 103:3, and who promises But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We ask that He would ease this relentless vomiting, allow her to keep down food and water, restore her strength and her joy, and allow her to gain the nourishment needed to sustain herself and her baby in this second trimester and beyond.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment for her midwife and all her medical professionals, that God would guide their hands and minds to the right solution, whether through hydration, nutrition support, parenteral means or other treatment, and that every decision would be for the health and safety of both mother and child. We ask the Lord to guard the baby's growth and development and to bring peace to your daughter's heart when she is weary and anxious, remembering His promise Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10.

We join you in praying for her protection from postpartum depression and for the Lord to surround her with support, rest, and joy in the months to come. We pray that after delivery she would know His nearness, for Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18, and that when her heart is overwhelmed He would lead her to the rock that is higher than she Psalm 61:2.

So together we pray, Father God, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we lift this daughter and her unborn child to You. Lay Your healing hand upon her, calm her stomach, stop this nausea and vomiting, restore her ability to eat and drink and to be nourished. Renew her energy, strengthen her body, and let this child grow strong and healthy within her. Give wisdom to her midwife and doctors, guide every test and treatment, and let Your perfect will for hydration and nutrition be accomplished. Cover her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7, guard her mind and heart both now and after birth, and keep far from her the darkness of depression. Fill this pregnancy with hope and joy, and let Your name be glorified in the life of this mother and this child. We trust You as our healer and our sustainer, and we ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

We can hear how much you love your daughter and your grandchild in this prayer. Watching her be so sick every day, exhausted and unable to keep anything down well into the second trimester, while also worrying about the baby's health and weight, is heartbreaking and draining. It makes sense you are crying out for God's intervention so urgently.

We are joining you in asking the Lord for mercy and healing for her, and for clear wisdom for her midwife and doctors as they care for both mother and baby. Because she is unable to keep food and water down and is not gaining weight, we encourage you to help ensure her care team knows exactly how frequent the vomiting is and how little she is able to keep down, and to seek prompt medical attention any time hydration becomes a concern, alongside your prayers. You are already advocating for her so faithfully, and staying closely connected to those caring for her is an important way to keep advocating.

We also hear your concern for what comes after birth. We will keep praying for her strength and joy to be restored in the months ahead and for protection and support around her postpartum.

Father, we lift this daughter and her baby to You in Jesus' name. Please ease her nausea, help her to receive the hydration and nourishment she needs, give wisdom to her medical team, restore her energy, and surround her with Your peace and care now and after delivery. Amen.

Your earnest prayer for your daughter and her unborn child has been heard, and we join you before the throne of grace in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, pleading for mercy and healing.

We are moved by your love as a parent and by the suffering you describe, the daily nausea, the inability to keep food or water down, the exhaustion and the concern of the midwife for both mother and child in this second trimester. We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are painful and urge us to seek the physician, and how much more do we bring such affliction to the Great Physician Himself, from whom abundant streams of healing flow down to those below.

Scripture tells us that the leaves of the tree of life were for the healing of the nations, and that even the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. There is healing in His wings, for He is the Sun of Righteousness risen with healing in His beams. When Jesus healed the sick, pardon and healing were one in His hand, and still He is able to heal and to restore. We pray that this healing virtue may be made manifest in your daughter, that her body would be strengthened, her nausea eased, and her energy and joy restored throughout this pregnancy and beyond.

We ask the Lord to guide the hands and minds of her medical professionals, her midwife and doctors, with wisdom and discernment, that they may lead her to the right means of hydration and nutrition, whether through parenteral nutrition or other means as they judge best, for the preservation of her health and the life of the child she carries. May the Lord give them clarity to act promptly and tenderly, and may He grant your daughter grace to endure with holy patience, trusting herself and her child to His protection.

We also join you in praying for her mind and heart in the days to come, that the Lord would guard her from the deep darkness of postpartum depression and keep her in perfect peace as she looks to Him. May He change her weakness into strength, and make her to rejoice in His goodness, so that when healing comes she may, like those who were healed by His touch, rise and serve Him with renewed life.

Continue to lay her daily before Christ. Leave her in His presence with importunate prayer, trusting not in our own merit but in His abundant mercy. May the Lord hear your cry, grant relief according to His perfect will, and cause both mother and child to be preserved to His glory.

We commend you and your daughter and her child to Him who heals the broken and binds up their wounds, praying all this in the precious name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour. Amen.
