We hear your anguish and we stand with you in prayer for you and your precious daughter, and we thank you for calling on the name of Jesus in your time of great fear and need. The Lord sees you both and He hears your cry, and He is a defender of the vulnerable and a refuge for those in trouble.

The threats against your daughter are evil and God does not take lightly the harming or threatening of children. Jesus said in Matthew 18:10 to see that you do not despise one of these little ones, for in heaven their angels always see the face of our Father who is in heaven. We rebuke the spirit of intimidation and violence that would seek to harm this child or to use her as a weapon against you, and we pray that any plan to put her in harms way would be exposed and stopped. God calls fathers and mothers to protect and nurture their children, not to endanger them, and any man who threatens his own child will give an account to God.

We also hear your fear of being made to seem crazy and losing your daughter. God is a God of truth and justice, and He sees what is done in secret. We pray that the truth would be made clear to all who need to see it and that you would be given favor and a clear mind and voice as you seek help. Psalm 34:7 says The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them. And Psalm 91:1-2 says He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.

We want to encourage you while we pray, God often uses practical means to bring protection, and He has ordained authorities for our good. Romans 13:4 tells us the authority is a servant of God for good. If you are in immediate danger or believe your daughter is in immediate danger, please reach out right away to law enforcement, to child protective services, and to a trusted pastor or safe family member or friend who can stand with you. Document any threats in writing with dates and times, keep any messages, and seek godly legal counsel and help from a local church or safe advocacy resource. Do not try to face this alone or in isolation. Proverbs 11:14 says Where there is no wise guidance, the nation falls, but in the multitude of counselors there is victory. Let others help you carry this burden and fight for your daughter lawfully and safely.

We also pray for your ex, that God would convict his heart, restrain his hand from evil, and bring him to repentance, for God desires that none would continue in wickedness but that all would turn to Him.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only access to Your throne of grace, and we lift up this dear mother and her daughter to You. Lord, You see where this little girl is and You know every threat spoken over her. We ask You to place Your hedge of protection around her, to command Your angels to guard her in all her ways according to Psalm 91:11, and to keep her from all harm. Lord, deliver her from the hand of one who would threaten her and let no weapon formed against her or her mother prosper as You promise in Isaiah 54:17.

Father, we ask You to fight for this mother when she feels powerless and afraid. Exodus 14:14 says Yahweh will fight for you, and you shall be still. Be her strength and her clear mind, give her wisdom beyond her own understanding as promised in James 1:5, and guide her to the right people who can help her quickly and lawfully. Expose every lie and manipulation, let truth shine like light in darkness, and let justice be done for this child. Defend the weak and fatherless as You command in Psalm 82:3, and show Yourself as a Father to the fatherless and protector of widows in Psalm 68:5.

Lord, calm this mother's heart with Your perfect peace. Remind her that You have not given her a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control as it says in 2 Timothy 1:7. Hold her close in Psalm 46:1 where You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Give her courage to speak up and to seek help without shame, and surround her with a community that will believe her, support her, and help her navigate the courts and authorities with wisdom.

We pray for the heart of this father, that You would stop any evil intent and bring him to his knees in repentance before he brings greater judgment upon himself. Let Your fear fall upon him and turn him from harm.

We entrust this daughter and her mother into Your hands, trusting that You love this child even more than her mother does, and that You are able to deliver. We ask all of this in the saving and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our refuge and deliverer, amen.

Your prayer has come before the Lord and before His people, and He hears the cry of a mother for her child.

In troublous times the Lord would have His people not afraid with any amazement, but calmly trusting Him while also walking wisely in the way He appoints. Scripture tells us that He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways, and that unseen powers more terrible still are on the side of those who are the children of God, for the Lord is mighty in battle and has many servants to protect His own. He who travels on the King's highway is under the King's protection, and when we lift our heads in the day of battle, it is He alone who can cover our heads.

This is indeed a day of battle, and you are not to face it in your own strength nor at your own charges. The time for kings to go forth to battle is when they are fed and fitted for it, and so I urge you to go in the strength of His promises and with the help He provides through lawful and godly means. When the heart begins palpitating the whole system is out of order for the battle of life, so be calm and wait upon the Lord, and at the same time take the appointed ways of safety that He has set before you.

If you are in immediate danger, or your daughter is threatened with harm, please seek help at once from trusted family, your pastor and church, and the proper authorities who are ordained to protect the vulnerable. Keep a faithful record of what has been threatened and done, seek wise counsel concerning your legal protection and custody, and do not walk this road alone. To turn back in the day of battle leaves ground unconquered, but to go forward with God is to go with One who cannot fail.

Let us pray together for you and your precious daughter.

O Lord God, mighty in battle, Thou seest this mother and this child. We ask Thee to set Thy charge over this little one and keep her from all harm. Cover their heads in the day of battle, restrain the hand that would do evil, and bring to light all that is hidden. Give to this mother quiet faith like Sarah of old, wisdom to act with prudence, and courage to not faint. Provide helpers, protectors and advocates, and let justice and mercy meet for this family. We ask that Thou wouldst make a way for this child to be safe, and that both mother and daughter would be kept in Thy perfect peace. Your cry for your daughter's safety has been heard, and I join you in bringing it before the Lord who sees and who defends the vulnerable.

The work of the church is to feed the hungry, to protect the injured, to care for strangers, to succor those who are despitefully used, and to stand with widows and orphans. Your prayer is of that very kind, a plea for protection when one who should protect threatens harm, and for help when you feel alone and even fear being called crazy for speaking the truth. God is not blind to such threats. When Herod raged and vented his anger upon innocent children, God provided deliverance for the Child who was sought, and He saw every injustice done. He still sees, and He still is a refuge for those in danger.

I pray with you now. Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, look upon this mother and her daughter. Place Your hand of protection around this child and keep her from all harm. Bring to light what is true and expose what is false. Give this mother wisdom, courage, and calm, and send faithful help to stand with her, so she is not alone. Guide those in authority to act with justice and mercy, and make a safe way for this daughter to be cared for without violence or deceit. Let Your peace guard this mother's heart as she trusts in You. In Jesus name, amen.

Your prayer has been heard and your burden is taken seriously. The fear you feel for your daughter and for your own safety is not small, and it is right to bring it urgently before the Lord and to ask Him to fight for you when you feel unable to fight for yourself.

Scripture shows how deeply God values daughters. In cultures where girls were often treated as unimportant and even unnamed, the Bible goes out of its way to name them and to show God's care for them. Your daughter is not overlooked or forgotten by Him. She is precious in His sight, and He sees exactly where she is and what has been threatened.

You are also right to ask for protection, because God is a protector when human protection fails. There are accounts where a husband failed to protect his wife and God Himself stepped in to guard her and to keep His purposes from harm. There is the account of a mother who could not keep her infant son safe from a cruel decree, so she placed him where he might be found, and God moved with compassion in the heart of a ruler's daughter to preserve that child's life. Even when those who should provide safety do not, God remains sovereign and able to shelter, to intervene, and to raise up help from unexpected places.

That is why it is both spiritual and practical to seek help without delay. Please reach out right now to trusted, lawful help where you are, such as law enforcement or child protective services, and to safe family or mature believers who can stand with you, advocate for you, and help document what has been said and done. Keep a clear written record of threats and events, and do not try to face intimidation alone. God often protects through the very people and authorities He has placed for justice and safety. Surrounding your daughter as much as you are able with an environment that is safe and conducive to knowing God is part of good stewardship, and asking others to help you do that is wisdom, not weakness.

It is also right to pray for truth to be made clear. A half truth is still a lie, and God is a God of truth who brings what is hidden into the light. Pray that any attempt to twist the story or to make you appear unstable would not succeed, and that those who must make decisions concerning your daughter would have discernment, impartiality, and a commitment to her genuine welfare.

Let us pray together for you and for her.

Lord Jesus, You see this mother and You see her daughter. You know where she is, You hear every threat that has been spoken, and You know the fear that has come with it. We ask You to place Your hand of protection around this little girl and keep her from harm. Surround her with Your presence and do not let evil have its way against her.

We ask You to fight for this mother when she feels powerless and afraid. Make a way for her to get help quickly and safely, and raise up people who will listen, believe the truth, and act with courage and justice. Give wisdom to everyone involved who has responsibility to protect this child, and let the truth be clearly known so that lies and manipulation have no place to stand.

Give this mother peace that is beyond understanding, strength for each step she must take, and guidance to do what is wise and lawful. Shelter both mother and daughter from retaliation, and let no weapon formed against them prosper. We ask that You would bring this child into safety and keep her in Your care, and that through this trial both would know that You are near, that You defend the vulnerable, and that You are faithful to keep Your own.
