We are truly sorry to hear about the trials you are facing, and we are here to pray and provide biblical guidance for you.
Firstly, we want to address the issue of the relationship you are in. You mentioned that you have been with a woman for six years, but it is important to note that the Bible teaches that relationships should lead to marriage, which is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. In 1 Corinthians 7:2 WEB it is written, "But because of sexual immoralities, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband." If your relationship is not aligned with this principle, we encourage you to reevaluate and seek God's will for your life in this area.
Regarding children, it is clear that you desire to have them. In Psalm 127:3 WEB we read, "Look, children are Yahweh's heritage. The fruit of the womb is his reward." We will pray that God's will be done in your life concerning children, and if it is His will, that He blesses you with them in accordance to His timing.
Concerning your health, we believe that God is able to heal you from diabetes. In Matthew 9:29 WEB, Jesus said, "According to your faith be it done to you." We will pray for your healing, and we encourage you to trust in God's ability to heal you.
Lastly, regarding your financial breakthrough, we want to remind you that God is our provider. In Matthew 6:31-33 WEB, Jesus said, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."

Father, we pray for healing from diabetes, that by Your stripes he is healed. We pray for a financial breakthrough, that You provide for his needs according to Your riches in glory. Lord, we also pray for the blessing of children if it is Your will for his life.
We pray all these things in accordance with Your will, and we thank You for hearing our prayers. We rebuke any form of prayer that does not explicitly or implicitly acknowledge that salvation and access to God is only in Jesus Christ name. It is in Jesus Christ's name we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
