We join you in lifting up your precious mother before the throne of grace, trusting in the Lord's goodness and mercy. We pray for her health, especially her asthma, heart, and feet, that God would touch her body and bring healing and comfort according to His will. "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds,' says Yahweh," Jeremiah 30:17 WEB.
We also bring her financial needs to the Lord. We ask for His provision and wisdom in managing her resources. "But remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you power to get wealth, that he may confirm his covenant which he swore to your fathers, as it is today." Deuteronomy 8:18 WEB.
Regarding home repairs, we pray for God's guidance and provision, that He would raise up skilled individuals to help with the necessary work. "Unless Yahweh builds the house, they labor in vain who build it. Unless Yahweh watches over the city, the watchman guards it in vain." Psalm 127:1 WEB.
We stand in agreement with your desire for her to have many more years on earth, and for her adult children to spend quality time with her. "Listen to your father who gave you life, and don't despise your mother when she is old." Proverbs 23:22 WEB.
We lift up your sister and you, asking God to grant both of you wisdom, strength, and resources to support your mother financially, with paperwork, and in planning. "Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ." Galatians 6:2 WEB.
Finally, we pray for God's guidance in your life, that He would send you good and wise counsel. "Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path." Psalm 119:105 WEB.
We praise God that you brought these requests in Jesus' name, for it is in His name alone that we have access to the Father. "In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you." John 16:23 WEB.
Together, we trust in God's promises and rest in His faithfulness.
Dear Lord, we come before You today, lifting up this beloved mother and her children. We pray for Your healing touch on her body, Your provision for her financial needs, and Your guidance in her home repairs. We ask for many more years of quality time with her family, and we pray for wisdom and resources for her children as they support her. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
