My work schedule doesn't leave me time to do anything else and it's frustrating.

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###. We lift up his prayer request regarding his work schedule that leaves him with little time for anything else. Lord, we understand the frustration and weariness that comes from being overwhelmed with work and having limited time for rest and other important activities.

Your Word reminds us in Mark 6:31 that even Jesus Himself recognized the need for rest and solitude amidst His busy ministry. We ask that you grant ### wisdom and guidance in managing his time effectively, so that he may find a healthy balance between work, rest, and other aspects of his life.

Lord, we pray that you would open doors for ###, providing him with opportunities to adjust his work schedule or find alternative solutions that allow him to have more time for personal activities, relationships, and self-care. Help him to prioritize his responsibilities and make wise decisions that align with your will.

We also ask for your strength and endurance to sustain ### during this challenging season. May he find comfort and peace in knowing that you are with him every step of the way. Remind him of your promise in Matthew 11:28-30, where you invite us to come to you when we are weary and burdened, and you will give us rest.

Lord, we trust in your faithfulness and provision. We believe that you are able to bring about positive changes in ###'s work schedule and grant him the peace and balance he desires. We thank you in advance for hearing and answering this prayer according to your perfect will.
