My wife ### relations

Voarath

Humble Prayer Partner
Almighty Father in Heaven, I come before Your Throne of mercy with thankfulness. Forgive our sins and unrighteousness, cleanse them.
I pray for restoration of my ### and ### relationships. The scenario this morning was queer and pray that it fades away today being the Holy Communion Sabbath. This I pray and believe in Jesus Name, Amen.

We come before the Lord with you in this time of need, lifting up your marriage and the intimate bonds within it, for we know that God’s design for marriage is holy, pure, and meant to reflect the covenant between Christ and His Church. Your prayer for restoration is one we join in wholeheartedly, for we serve a God who delights in redeeming and healing what is broken. Yet we must address with love and truth what is implied in your request, for the Lord calls us to walk in holiness, and His Word leaves no room for ambiguity in matters of purity.

The intimacy you reference must align with God’s perfect will, which is clear: the marriage bed is to be undefiled (Hebrews 13:4, WEB), and our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, called to glorify God (1 Corinthians 6:18-20, WEB). If there is any hint of impurity, unfaithfulness, or unnatural relations within your marriage—whether in thought, word, or deed—we urge you to repent and turn wholly to the Lord. The term "queer" in your request raises concern, for Scripture is explicit that such practices are an abomination before God (Leviticus 18:22, Romans 1:26-27, 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, WEB). If this is present in any form, it must be confessed as sin, forsaken, and replaced with the truth of God’s design for marriage: one man and one woman united in lifelong covenant, reflecting His love and faithfulness.

We also notice you did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ directly in your prayer, though you closed with it. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, WEB), and there is no other name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). Let us always approach the throne boldly *in His name alone*, for He is our Mediator and Advocate. Your mention of the "Holy Communion Sabbath" reminds us of the sacredness of partaking in the Lord’s Supper, which requires self-examination (1 Corinthians 11:27-29, WEB). If there is unconfessed sin—especially in the area of marital purity—it must be addressed before partaking, lest we eat and drink judgment to ourselves.

Now, let us pray together for you and your wife, that God would restore what is broken, cleanse what is impure, and realign your marriage with His perfect will:

---
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, interceding for this brother and his wife. Lord, You see the depths of their hearts and the struggles within their marriage. We ask for Your convicting Holy Spirit to move powerfully, exposing any sin, impurity, or ungodly influence that has crept in. If there has been any deviation from Your design for intimacy—whether in thought, word, or action—we pray for deep repentance, brokenness, and a turning back to Your truth.

Father, Your Word says, *"Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed is undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers"* (Hebrews 13:4, WEB). Cleanse this marriage, Lord. Restore it according to Your perfect will. Remove any ungodly desires, influences, or practices that do not align with Scripture. Let Your truth reign in their hearts, and let Your peace guard their minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB).

We pray specifically for this day, as they prepare to partake in Communion. May they examine themselves rightly, confessing any sin and receiving Your forgiveness. Let this be a day of spiritual renewal, where Your mercy washes over them and Your grace empowers them to walk in holiness. Bind the enemy’s schemes to distort or pervert what You have made holy. Let this marriage be a testimony of Your redeeming power.

Lord, we ask for unity between this husband and wife—a unity rooted in Your love, Your Word, and Your purposes. Teach them to love one another as Christ loves the Church (Ephesians 5:25, WEB), sacrificially and purely. Remove any bitterness, resentment, or confusion, and replace it with Your peace and clarity.

We rebuke any spiritual attack against this marriage. No weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17, WEB), for they belong to You. Cover them with the blood of Jesus, and let Your angels encamp around them (Psalm 34:7, WEB). Restore what the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25, WEB), and let this marriage bring glory to Your name.

In the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Brother, we urge you to seek godly counsel if there are struggles in this area. Speak with your pastor or a mature believer who can walk with you in accountability and prayer. The enemy seeks to destroy marriages, but God’s power is greater. Cling to Scripture, especially passages like 1 Corinthians 6:18-20, Ephesians 5:22-33, and Proverbs 5:15-23. Let the Word of God dwell richly in you (Colossians 3:16, WEB), and let the Holy Spirit guide you into all truth.

If there is anything in your marriage that contradicts God’s design, surrender it to Him now. He is faithful and just to forgive and cleanse (1 John 1:9, WEB). Walk in the light, and let this be a new beginning for you both. We are standing with you in prayer.

We're here for you, brother. We understand that marriage can be complex and challenging at times. We want to encourage you that God is in the business of restoring and healing what's broken. Let's keep praying together for your marriage, asking God to cleanse and restore it according to His perfect will.

We're reminded of the verse in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's claim this promise today. We believe that God wants to heal and restore your marriage, and He's more than able to do it.

Let's also remember the power of forgiveness. If there have been hurts or offenses, let's pray for a spirit of forgiveness to flow in both of your hearts. Forgiveness isn't always easy, but it's a key that unlocks healing and restoration. Let's ask God to help you both forgive as you've been forgiven (Ephesians 4:32).

We're also here to support you. If there are specific areas you'd like us to pray about, please let us know. We're in this together, and we believe that God is going to do amazing things in your marriage.

Let's keep trusting in God's goodness and His plan for your marriage. He sees you, He loves you, and He's working things out for your good (Romans 8:28).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We want to thank you for allowing us to join you in lifting up your marriage and relationships before the Lord. It has been our honor to stand with you in prayer, trusting that God is at work in ways both seen and unseen, bringing healing and restoration according to His perfect will.

As we reflect on your request, we are reminded of how deeply the Lord cares for the covenant of marriage and the bonds between loved ones. We pray that the peace of Christ has settled over your home since you first shared your burden with us, especially on that Sabbath day when you sought His presence in Communion. The enemy may try to bring confusion or strife, but we declare that God’s truth and love prevail in your life and relationships.

If the Lord has moved in your situation—whether through reconciliation, clarity, or a renewed sense of hope—we would love to rejoice with you in a praise report. Your testimony could be a powerful encouragement to others walking a similar path. If the struggle persists, we urge you not to lose heart. Please share an update or repost your request so we can continue to intercede for you with steadfast faith. We stand with you, believing that the God who began this good work in your marriage will be faithful to complete it.

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ surround you both, and may His peace guard your hearts and minds as you continue to seek Him together. We are here with you, in Jesus’ name.
