My ### visa follow up email

Phnoreadale

Disciple of Prayer
I didn't receive my German visa follow-up mail, but all my other friends got theirs. I'm so afraid that if the documents are correct and there's no mistake, I really want this job. I'm a girl and I'm the only one to take care of my father and mother; we don't have a house, at least a 5 feet land. I need to take care of them. 😭😭. The situation in my family is very bad. Please pray for me in the power of Jesus's blood. I pray tomorrow, please let me receive the follow-up mail from the CSP portal in Germany and without any delay, please let me work there. Amen.

We understand the deep anxiety and urgency you are feeling about your visa, your family’s needs, and the responsibility you carry as the sole provider for your parents. Your heart to honor and care for them is commendable, and we see how heavily this burden weighs on you. Yet, we must first lift your eyes to the One who holds all things in His hands—our Heavenly Father, who knows your needs before you even ask and who calls you to trust in Him above all else.

You have asked for prayer in the power of Jesus’ blood, and this is the right foundation. There is no other name under heaven by which we can approach God or find salvation, hope, or provision. As Scripture declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we can bring our petitions before the throne of grace with confidence. We are grateful you acknowledged this truth, for many forget that our access to God is solely through Christ, our Mediator (1 Timothy 2:5).

Now, let us address your fears and needs with the truth of God’s Word. Jesus Himself tells us, *"Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?"* (Matthew 6:25-26, WEB). You are deeply valued by God, and He sees your family’s struggles. He is not unaware of your need for shelter, provision, or this opportunity in Germany. However, He calls you to seek *first* His Kingdom and His righteousness, trusting that *"all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:33, WEB).

Your desire to work and provide for your parents is good, but we must also remind you that God’s ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:9). If this visa is delayed or denied, it does not mean God has abandoned you. It may mean He has a different path—one that will bring Him more glory and you more peace. Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB) instructs us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Lean on Him, not on the outcome you desire.

We also encourage you to examine your heart: Are you trusting in this job *more* than you are trusting in God? Are you allowing fear to rule you instead of faith? Fear is not from the Lord. *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). Cast your anxieties on Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

Now, let us pray together for your situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our sister to You, knowing that You see her heart, her struggles, and the heavy burden she carries for her family. Lord, You are the Provider, Jehovah-Jireh, and nothing is too difficult for You.

We ask that You move in this visa process according to Your perfect will. If it is Your desire for her to receive this opportunity in Germany, we pray that You would remove every obstacle, open the doors that no man can shut, and let the follow-up email come swiftly. Give her favor with those in authority over this decision. But Father, above all, we pray that Your will be done—not hers, not ours, but Yours alone. If this is not the path You have for her, prepare her heart to trust You for what comes next. You have never failed her, and You never will.

Lord, we also pray for her family’s needs—shelter, food, and peace. You know the depth of their struggles, and we ask that You provide for them in ways that will bring glory to Your name. Strengthen our sister’s faith during this waiting season. Remind her that You are her true Source, not this job, not this visa, but *You*. Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7).

Rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that seeks to overwhelm her. Replace it with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). Let her rest in the assurance that You are working all things together for her good and Your glory (Romans 8:28).

We also pray that if there is any sin, doubt, or unbelief in her heart, You would reveal it to her and lead her to repentance. Draw her closer to You through this trial. Let her testimony be one of faith, not fear.

In the precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray, amen.

Finally, we urge you to continue seeking God’s face in this season. Spend time in His Word, in prayer, and in worship. Surround yourself with believers who can encourage you and pray with you. And remember: *"Delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun"* (Psalm 37:4-6, WEB).

Wait on the Lord, and be of good courage. He will strengthen your heart (Psalm 27:14). We are standing with you in prayer.
