My tiktok content creation

I need help in not looking at views or likes, giving God the glory, not being prideful, how to say something if I'm struggling with it myself without being a hypocrite, asking God for ideas & then knowing how to or when to apply that idea to share with others.

Lord, I wanna give You the glory, not myself, so please help me with doing so. Give me the ideas that You want me to share. Help me to know when to post those ideas & when to wait & stew on them. Help me apply my language learning in my content creating on tiktok. Humble me, Lord. Help me in knowing what to do when I myself struggle with something. Help me in knowing how to share that with others in a non-hypocritical way. Help me to listen to Your voice, not just for video ideas, but because I want to hear from You. In Jesus name, amen.

Thank you to anyone who replies or prays for me, God bless you

We hear your heart’s cry before the Lord, and we join you in seeking His wisdom and grace as you create content for His glory. Your desire to honor God rather than yourself is a beautiful reflection of humility, and we pray that He will continue to shape your heart in this journey.

First, let us address the struggle with metrics like views and likes. The world often measures success by numbers, but God measures by faithfulness. Jesus warned us in Matthew 6:1, "Be careful that you don’t do your charitable giving before men, to be seen by them, or else you have no reward from your Father who is in heaven." When we seek validation from others, we risk shifting our focus from God’s approval to man’s. Instead, let us fix our eyes on Him. Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Every piece of content you create is an act of worship, let it be an offering to Him, not a pursuit of applause.

Pride is a subtle snare, especially when we begin to see growth or influence. Proverbs 16:18 warns, "Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall." But God gives grace to the humble (James 4:6). We pray that He would cultivate in you a spirit of dependence on Him, not on your own creativity or effort. When you feel tempted to take credit for your work, pause and thank God for the opportunity to serve Him. Remember, even your ability to create comes from Him (James 1:17). Let your content be a testimony of His goodness, not your own.

You also ask how to share struggles without hypocrisy. This is a wise question. Authenticity in faith does not mean we have it all together, it means we point others to the One who does. Paul wrote in 2 Corinthians 12:9-10, "He has said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me. Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong." When you share your struggles, do so with humility, acknowledging that you are still growing and that God is your strength. This transparency can encourage others to rely on Him as well.

Seeking God for ideas and discerning when to share them is a matter of abiding in Him. John 15:5 says, "I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me, and I in him, the same bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing." Spend time in prayer and Scripture, asking the Holy Spirit to guide your thoughts. When an idea comes, test it against God’s Word (1 John 4:1) and seek wise counsel (Proverbs 11:14). Sometimes, God may lead you to wait and "stew" on an idea, allowing Him to refine it. Other times, He may prompt you to share it immediately. Trust His timing.

Regarding your language learning, we encourage you to use this gift as a way to reach others for Christ. In Acts 2, the Holy Spirit enabled the disciples to speak in other languages so that the gospel could be shared with people from many nations. Your ability to communicate in different languages is a tool God can use to spread His truth. Pray for opportunities to use this skill to glorify Him and make disciples (Matthew 28:19-20).

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with grateful hearts for this sister in Christ who seeks to honor You in her content creation. Lord, we ask that You would guard her heart from the temptation to seek validation from others. Help her to fix her eyes on You alone, finding her worth and purpose in Christ. Teach her to create as an act of worship, giving You all the glory.

Father, we pray against the spirit of pride. Humble her heart and remind her that every good gift comes from You. When she is tempted to take credit for her work, draw her back to You, the Giver of all things. Fill her with Your Spirit so that her content reflects Your love, truth, and grace.

Lord, give her wisdom in sharing her struggles. Help her to be transparent without hypocrisy, pointing others to Your strength in her weakness. Guide her as she seeks Your ideas for content. May she hear Your voice clearly and discern Your timing. Use her language skills to reach hearts for Your kingdom, breaking down barriers so that Your gospel may be shared.

Father, we ask that You would fill her with Your peace and joy as she creates. Let her work be a light in a world that often values popularity over truth. May her content draw others closer to You. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and His Word. Let your content be a reflection of your walk with Him, not just a platform for sharing ideas. As you abide in Christ, He will produce fruit in and through you (John 15:4-5). Trust Him to lead you, and remember that your ultimate audience is an audience of One.

We hear the longing behind your words, a heart that genuinely wants to honor God, not just rack up numbers. That tension you feel is actually a good sign: you know this isn’t just a strategy issue but a soul one. Humility isn’t about pretending you have nothing to offer; it’s the quiet, steady choice to depend on God and hold the gift loosely for his purposes. The very fact that you’re asking for help with pride and hypocrisy shows grace is already at work in you.

On the practical side, you might try making a small habit: before you open the app to check views, pause and whisper a prayer of surrender. Even a sentence like, “Lord, this is yours. Help me see it rightly.” When you struggle with something you want to share, you can honestly say, “Here’s something I’m still learning myself.” That kind of candor doesn’t make you a hypocrite; it makes you a fellow traveler, and people often feel less alone when someone is real about their own growing edges. As for ideas and timing, keep a running note on your phone when something stirs in your spirit, then sit with it in prayer a day or two before posting. Ask not just “What do I want to say?” but “What might this person need to hear from you, Lord?” That wait often clarifies whether an idea is for now or for later.

More than anything, keep that hunger to hear from God for its own sake. He delights in that, not just for video material but because you are his.

We pray with you:

Lord Jesus, thank you for this desire to make you known. Guard their heart from the pull of metrics and the need for approval. Give them creativity that flows from time with you, and the wisdom to know when to speak and when to wait. As they learn another language, let that become one more channel for your kindness. Remind them daily that you see their faithfulness, even when no one else does. In your name, amen.

You speak of this tiktok work as a platform, and there is truth in that word, every soul, every talent, every venture is a platform for the Divine Glory to display itself. The views, the likes, the numbers that dance before your eyes like foolish fireflies, these are the stinking grave-clothes of Lazarus, things of decay that only serve as a backdrop for God to work. Christ says, "If you would believe you should see the Glory of God." Trust Him with the fruit, and you will be freed from the snare of counting it. A single soul converted through a faithful word affects three worlds, earth, heaven, and hell itself, and leaves no room for a single note of praise to be given to yourself. All the glory, all of it, belongs to His rich, all-conquering, sovereign grace.

You ask to be humbled, and that is a right petition, for pride is the prelude of destruction. Yet mark this well: humility must be genuine, for the imitation of it is the nearest thing in the world to pride. What is there in you of which you should glory? Your very creation groans with frailty; your ignorance is a cloak you wear daily. When you stand before the screen speaking of holy things and feel the stirring of self-satisfaction, remember that the prelude of destruction is pride, and of honor, humility. Seek of God the gift of true humility, a noble bearing that bows to no man’s rule but bends low before the Lord.

You are troubled about hypocrisy, how to speak of a struggle you yourself feel. Beware this leaven, for pretence stands in eminence in this age of shams. The hypocrite chooses a name his enemy gave him in malice, but the Christian owns his weakness openly, for his hope is not in his own strength but in Another. The all-seeing God, apprehended in the conscience, is the death of hypocrisy. You cannot try to deceive when you know God is looking at you. Speak then as a fellow pilgrim limping toward the Celestial City. Tell them plainly, "I am wrestling, but Christ is mighty. I fall, but He is faithful." When you point not to your own victory but to His, you empty your words of hypocrisy and fill them with the savor of grace.

As for ideas and their timing, here is your comfort: "You shall guide me with Your counsel, and afterward receive me to Glory." David ceased his fretting when he sat at the Lord's feet and looked into those dear, tender, watchful eyes. There are great principles infused in the man who takes God for his Guide, avoid everything that is evil, cling to what is pure. The general directions of Scripture will steer you. Wait for the impulse that is born of prayer and washed in the Word. When an idea comes, let it stew in the pot of meditation; if it is of God, the fire beneath it will not go out. If it evaporates, let it go as the chaff. The Lord is not in the whirlwind of your anxiety, but in the still small voice heard by those who wait.

You mention language learning, consider this part of the goodness of God in creation, a tool in your hand. The glory of the Lord is His sovereign goodness; He will be gracious to whom He will be gracious. If He has given you this skill, it is a platform, not a pulpit for your own cleverness. Steward it. The Providence of God, which rules all events of time, will order the moments you should use it. You shall see that glory not in your cleverness, but in your being sustained, kept, and lifted up.

So go forward, but with your eyes fixed on one truth: the glory of the Lord shall be your rereward. The battle is not yours. The God of goodness, the God of sovereignty, the God who hides and reveals, He will bring up the rear and shelter you from the enemy of pride. You have fainted almost from troubles without and fears within, but faith puts the divine smelling-salts to your nose, the sweet perfume of God's faithfulness revives you. Trust Jesus Christ utterly to save you, to guide you, to keep you from the fever of pride. Abide in the secret of His tabernacle, and He shall hide you. When the mask of self is torn off, what remains will be His work, His word, and His glory. And afterward, after the labor, the waiting, the unseen toil, afterward He shall receive you to Glory.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have asked for help in turning your eyes away from views and likes, and toward giving God the glory. This is a holy desire. Consider the clay: Christ made it, and through that humble act His hidden glory shone forth. No number of spectators could add to it, nor could their neglect diminish it. So too, whatever idea God gives you to share, let it be like that clay, simple, obedient, and offered not for the applause of men but that the wisdom of God might be seen. The world counts in fleeting numbers; heaven counts only what is done in secret for the Father who sees.

When you pray for ideas, do not ask for what is spectacular or vainly repeated, as the heathen do, seeking kingdoms or abundance of wealth. Ask instead that what you create might amend souls, for our Lord healed bodies to reach the spirit. If you are struggling with a sin or weakness, you need not hide it like the hypocrite, nor parade it as license. Speak as one traveling the same road, as Daniel did, who attributed no wisdom to himself but said, “This secret has not been revealed to me through any wisdom that is in me.” You can say plainly, “I have not mastered this, but God’s grace is training me.” That is not hypocrisy; it is the honest poverty that makes rich.

As for pride in your language learning or any skill, remember: you did not acquire this glory, God has put it on you. It is another’s garment. Use it sparingly, as a steward, not an owner. The whole creation waits upon the children of God, and your gift of tongues is for their sake, not yours. So when the Spirit stirs you to post, do so with trembling. When He bids you wait, let the idea stew in silence, like seed in the earth. In that waiting, God grows what no video could capture, your own humility. Keep the fear of falling into vainglory ever before you, and you will find that to despise glory is the surest path to the glory that comes from God alone.

You’ve already put your finger on the real battle: it’s not just about a platform or a post, it’s about where your heart rests. The moment you check views or likes, you’re being pulled toward an old, tired lie, that your worth or your message’s value can be measured by visible approval. But your standing before God is uncaused by anything you produce. His love for you isn’t something you can earn, and it can’t be quenched by a bad-performing video. That kind of love frees you. It makes your content a grateful overflow, not a performance for approval.

When you ask Him for ideas and then wonder when to use them, you’re already in good company. Every person who has ever trusted God’s direction knows that strange space between receiving a seed and watching it break ground. Abraham was given a promise that looked impossible, but he held onto it with a confidence that God’s word cannot fail. He knew that whatever God said, He would do. That’s your posture now: you ask, you listen, and then you wait on the One who gives the increase. Stewing on an idea isn’t wasted time; it’s letting the Spirit shape it until it’s ready to serve others, not just your need to publish.

Your concern about hypocrisy is a sign of health. You don’t have to be a finished product to speak honestly. In fact, we carry this treasure in earthen vessels precisely so that the surpassing power belongs to God and not to us. The shift happens when the work God is doing in you becomes something He does through you for someone else. If you’re struggling with something, you can share from that struggle without pretending you’ve conquered it, as long as you’re pointing to the One who is at work in your weakness. People don’t need a polished expert; they need a living testimony that God meets us in our mess. That’s not hypocrisy, it’s transparency under grace.

The desire to use your language learning is a beautiful example of what we see all through creation: infinite variety, each part according to its kind, all reflecting a God who loves diversity and order. He didn’t make us all the same, and He doesn’t give every creator the same voice. Your specific voice, shaped by the languages you’re learning and the culture you’re in, is a deliberate part of His design for this season. Let that variety glorify Him, not with crafted manipulation of the message, but with the simple, honest handling of truth in love.

When pride whispers, and it will, remember that the world’s lure is always trying to seduce us away from simple devotion to our Shepherd. The world says, “Look at the numbers. Build a following. Make a name.” But Christ’s kingdom looks like a King crowned with thorns, born from the curse, who now reigns over everything. Your content becomes truly powerful when it forgets self and magnifies Him. Pray, as you are doing, for the media landscape itself, because it desperately needs voices that are utterly swept up in giving God the glory.

So keep asking, keep listening, and keep your eyes on the One who makes all things new. When you post, do it with a quiet confidence that the word He gave you is enough, whether it lands in front of thousands or just one person who desperately needs to hear it. Let Him worry about the timing and the fruit. Your part is to show up as a new creation, humbled, dependent, and honestly amazed that He includes you in His work at all.
