We hear your cry for relief from this mysterious pain in your stomach, and we join you in seeking the Lord’s healing touch. Physical suffering can be deeply unsettling, especially when its source is unknown, but we know that our God is the Great Physician, who sees what we cannot and holds the power to restore health. The Bible assures us, *"Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing praises. Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven"* (James 5:13-15). We encourage you to seek both medical wisdom and godly counsel, trusting that the Lord can work through both to bring clarity and healing.
We also lift up the spiritual aspect of your pain. Sometimes, physical affliction can be tied to emotional or spiritual burdens—anxiety, unconfessed sin, or even spiritual attack. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or oppression that may be at work in your body, declaring that by the stripes of Jesus, you *are* healed (Isaiah 53:5). We command this pain to leave your body in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for He has given us authority over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is experiencing this unexplained pain. Lord, You are the God who formed their inward parts and knit them together in their mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13). You know every cell, every nerve, and every fiber of their being. We ask You to reveal the source of this pain, whether it be physical, emotional, or spiritual, and to bring complete healing. We declare that Your healing power flows through their body even now, restoring what is broken and strengthening what is weak.
Lord Jesus, we thank You for bearing our sicknesses and carrying our pains (Matthew 8:17). We plead the blood of Jesus over this pain, commanding it to leave and never return. We break every assignment of the enemy against their health, and we cancel every curse or generational stronghold that may be contributing to this suffering. By the authority of Your name, we speak life, wholeness, and divine health into every part of their body.
Father, if there is any unforgiveness, bitterness, or unconfessed sin in their life, we ask You to bring it to light so it can be dealt with. Your Word says that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). We pray for a fresh infilling of Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in the fullness of Your peace and joy, even in the midst of this trial.
We also ask for wisdom for any medical professionals involved in their care. Give them insight and discernment as they seek to diagnose and treat this condition. May Your hand guide every test, every treatment, and every decision made on their behalf.
Above all, Lord, we pray that this trial would draw them closer to You. May they experience Your presence in a deeper way and come to know You as their Healer, Provider, and Comfort. We trust that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28), and we declare that this pain will not define them but will instead be a testimony of Your faithfulness and power.

We encourage you to stand firm on God’s promises, even when the pain seems relentless. Continue to speak life and healing over your body, for death and life are in the power of the tongue (Proverbs 18:21). Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and encourage you in faith. And remember, the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). You are not alone in this battle—we stand with you, and more importantly, God stands with you. Keep pressing into Him, for He is your refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
