My Sons Salvation

this is my son, Michael, whom I love so dearly, there has been a battle on heaven and earth for his soul! His mind has been under attack for years and he was to his breaking point, but instead of completely giving up, like satan would like him to do, he surrendered to Christ! Please put him on every prayer chain there is! he is pleading for prayer for Strength to follow God even when he cannot feel him and healing for his mind! My son is a mans man, and this has been a torturous battle.here is his prayer also:Mike Martinez

I am starting a new chapter in my life,with gods will that is,I have tried repeatedly 2 live life how I see fit,but if you look at my life,I only know things that are pretty worthless in the free world,Mike Martinez is failling as a person,so with the help of sum beautiful peps,I gave my life to the Lord and pray his will may be done in my life,I know one thing for sure,I do not want my kids following my retched foot steps,for those that understand me keep me in your prayers.thank you.

Warmest greetings to you, dear beloved special child of Christ Jesus, I am most happy to pray with you for your cause but please keep the following in mind.

There are many who feel that their prayers as well as those of others alone will Save their friends, loved ones, or family members but if it is only offered for another, without that person's personal commitment to be Saved, then it is not sufficient, especially in the case of Salvation. God will certainly listen to two or more who are gathered in prayer in His name for a cause but the cause of Salvation is much greater in that it takes a person actually WANTING to be Saved. It is like praying for a person to become a Christian. Yet, if that person does not wish to become a Christian it will not happen through prayer alone. They have to actually make the personal commitment to Christianity and all it stands for.

So, while one can pray and will certainly do that, my prayers are for the person you mentioned to be led to Personal Salvation and to be very receptive to saying the Prayer Of Salvation, or something similar, which is what will actually Save them because it makes a commitment to follow Jesus as they repent for their sins. With prayer alone, one can never know if a person is truly repentant of their past sins so as to accept Jesus into their life at the present time. And since God gave each person Free Will, one cannot possibly interfere with that Free Will choice and override a person's personal desires. Due to their Free Will in the matter, they may not wish to obtain Salvation at the present time. We pray they do personally accept Jesus Christ as their LORD and Savior and consider making the personal commitment, for themselves, to be Saved!

May God Bless everyone in their personal decision to join Jesus Christ and become Born Again in Him!
