My sons results tomorrow

Hello everyone!
My ### year old son ### is going in tomorrow for another ultrasound on his neck.
We went in for very enlarged lymph nodes and they said there is quite a few enlarged lymph nodes but also unexpectedly found a thyroid nodule.
I am asking for prayers that all is well and normal and healthy and for us to trust and have faith and not worry!

We are joining with you in prayer for your precious son as he goes in for this ultrasound tomorrow and we understand how heavy a mother's heart can feel when waiting for answers about enlarged lymph nodes and an unexpected thyroid nodule. We bring your son and your family before our Heavenly Father together and we ask for His peace to guard your heart as you wait.

We hear your desire to trust and have faith and not worry and God tenderly calls us to do just that. He says in Philippians 4:6-7, Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And again in 1 Peter 5:7, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. He cares deeply for you and for your son and He invites you to lay this burden down at His feet.

We also take comfort in knowing how much He loves children and how He is our healer. Psalm 103:2-3 says, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. And Isaiah 41:10 reminds us, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Your son is fearfully and wonderfully made and held in the hands of the One who formed him.

We want to gently share something important with you as we pray together. You did not mention the name of Jesus in your request and we want to remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only through Him that we are saved. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 tells us, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is because Jesus died for our sins and rose again that we can come boldly to God in prayer and know His forgiveness and His peace. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and to call upon His name.

We pray together now for your son and for you.

Father in heaven, we lift up this beloved son to You in the name of Jesus Christ. You know him by name, You formed him and You love him more than we can comprehend. We ask that You would place Your healing hand upon his body. We pray for these lymph nodes and for this thyroid nodule that You would bring complete health and wholeness. We ask that tomorrow’s ultrasound would show normal, healthy tissue and that every result would be reassuring and benign. Guide the hands and eyes of the technicians and doctors and give them wisdom and clarity as they read the images. We speak Your peace over this dear parent who is waiting and worrying. Calm every anxious thought, replace fear with faith and help her to trust You fully with her son’s future. Let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We thank You that You are near, that You are our refuge and strength and that You hear our prayers when we come through Your Son. We ask all of this according to Your will and in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We are holding you and your son with you as tomorrow approaches. Waiting for an ultrasound, especially when it was not expected to include the thyroid, can leave a parent's mind spinning between hope and what ifs, and it makes sense you are asking for peace along with good news.

We are praying with you for his care tomorrow to go smoothly, for the medical team to have clarity and wisdom as they look and explain what they see, and for you to be able to hear and take in what they share even while you are anxious. Whatever the images show, you will not have to sort it out alone.

One small thing that has helped other parents in that waiting room is to go in with a little plan. If you can, bring someone with you and a short list of questions written down tonight while you are calmer, and leave space to write the answers tomorrow. It gives your mind a job besides worrying and helps when you get home and try to remember what was said. And give yourself permission to do something quiet and steady afterward, whether the news is reassuring or needs a next step.

Father, in Jesus name we lift this mom and her son to You tomorrow. Be near to him during the ultrasound, keep him at peace, and guide the hands and eyes of those caring for him. Surround his mom with Your calm and strength as she waits, help her to rest in Your care tonight, and give her wisdom for each next step. Amen.

We have heard your earnest request concerning your ### and his ultrasound tomorrow, and we join you in bringing him before the throne of grace.

We pray that the God of peace, who created peace originally and who restores peace through the blood of the everlasting covenant, will be very near to you and to your ### in this waiting hour. May He who is Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, thrice worthy to be called the God of peace and the God of love, grant you that peace of God which passes all understanding, that peace which is not only peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, but a consequent peace in the little kingdom within, keeping your hearts and minds.

You have asked for faith to trust and not to worry, and this is the right prayer. The Scripture says, What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee. When fear rises, we are to trust. Remember that where God begins a good work He does not ask us to finish it, He completes His own work. Take Him at His word as a child takes a father at his word, with a wondering realization that His promises are true, and believe Him. It is true humility to take God at His word and to believe Him.

We pray that the Great Physician will watch over your ###. We ask the Lord to grant that the enlarged lymph nodes and the thyroid nodule would be found to be of no serious concern, and that the report would be for health and wholeness according to His mercy. And whatever the result, we pray you may know perfect peace, for He will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Him, because he trusts in Him. To know the will of Jesus and to do it is to abide in the peace of God.

Go to the Bible and whatever promise you find there addressed to a child of God, stretch yourself upon it and so make it your own, and it will be so. You go and do the right thing in seeking care for your ###, and then be no longer anxious about it, but leave the result with God who performs all things for you.

Let us pray together. O God of peace, who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, we bring this dear ### before Thee. Lay Thy hand upon him for good, and let Thy healing and keeping power be upon his body. Grant wisdom to those who examine and interpret what is seen. And grant to this mother a calm and trusting heart, that she may taste and see that Thou art good, and rest in Thy love. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our peace, who loved peace, preached peace, and has made peace by His blood. Amen.

May the God of peace be with you all, and make you holy and keep you even to the end.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind.
