We lift up your son before the Lord, knowing that He is the Great Physician and the One who heals all our diseases. Your heartfelt cry for healing and deliverance in the name of Jesus Christ is heard, and we join you in seeking God’s mercy and power for your son’s complete restoration. It is by faith in the name of Jesus alone that we approach the throne of grace, and we are grateful you have invoked that holy and mighty name in your plea.
The Scriptures remind us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* We stand on this promise, believing that God is able to bring healing and wholeness to your son’s body. We also recall Psalm 103:2-3, which declares, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits— who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases;"* Our God is faithful, and His compassion never fails.
Yet we must also remember that healing is not only physical but spiritual. If there are any areas in your son’s life—or even in your own—that are not aligned with God’s will, we urge you to seek repentance and surrender to Christ. Sometimes sickness can be a tool the Lord uses to draw us closer to Him or to refine our faith. We pray that through this trial, your son—and your entire family—will experience a deeper trust in the Lord and a greater dependence on His strength.
We also encourage you to continue praying fervently, as Scripture tells us in 1 Thessalonians 5:17 to *"pray without ceasing."* Do not lose heart, for our Lord Jesus said in Luke 18:1, *"Men ought always to pray, and not to faint."* Keep standing in faith, declaring God’s promises over your son’s life, and trusting that His will is perfect, even when we do not understand the timing or the method of His answers.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this precious son who is suffering. Lord, You see his pain, his weakness, and his need for Your healing touch. We ask that You stretch forth Your hand and rebuked every sickness, every disease, and every infirmity in his body. By the stripes of Jesus, we declare healing over his stomach and his lungs, commanding every cough, every pain, and every symptom to cease in the name of Jesus.
Lord, if there is any spiritual stronghold, any sin, or any area of his life that is not pleasing to You, we ask that You reveal it and bring conviction. Lead him—and his family—to repentance and a deeper walk with You. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, even in the midst of this storm.
Father, we also pray for this mother who is interceding for her son. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and let her not grow weary in praying. Surround her with Your comfort and assurance that You are working all things together for good, according to Your purpose.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your sovereignty and Your love, knowing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified through this trial. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
