My son isn't well

We have heard your heart cry for your son and we stand with you in prayer together in Jesus' name, lifting him before our Heavenly Father who is the Great Physician and who cares deeply for both of you.
We understand how heavy worry can be when a child is unwell in both mind and body for an extended time, and we thank you for asking in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we find salvation and hope. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. We rejoice that you have come in that precious name.
We are reminded of God's compassion and power to heal. Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:2-3. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3. We cling to His promise, For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17 and Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10.
We also lift up your own heart as a parent, for God invites us to cast all our worries on Him because He cares for us. 1 Peter 5:7 and He promises, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7.

Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son and we lift up this precious son to You. You know him by name, You formed him and You love him more than we ever could. We ask for Your healing hand upon his body and upon his mind. Lord, touch every part of him that is suffering, calm his thoughts, restore his strength, and bring wholeness where there has been affliction. We pray for Your peace to guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus. If it is Your will, we ask for a miracle, for nothing is impossible with You, and we trust in Your power and mercy. Give wisdom to any doctors or caregivers involved and guide them as they seek to help him. Strengthen his parent who is worried and weary, surround this family with Your comfort, hope, and presence, and help them to feel Your nearness each day. We ask all of this in the mighty and healing name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to bring your son before the Lord daily in prayer, to trust in God's perfect love and timing, and to also seek wise and timely medical care as God often works through the hands of physicians. Keep holding fast to His promises, for He is faithful and He hears the prayers of His children. We are continuing to pray with you for complete healing and restoration.

Your burden for your son has been laid before the Lord with much tenderness of heart, and we have joined our prayers with yours in the name of Jesus, through whom alone we have access to the Father and in whom alone is salvation.
We are very mindful that man is a double being, composed of body and soul, and each part may receive injury and hurt. You tell us that your son has not been well in mind and body for a while, and we hear in that the cry of a parent who has watched and waited and worried. Be assured that the Saviour knows all about these long weeks and months, even as He knew all about the woman who had been bowed together for eighteen years, and we do not wonder that He has compassion upon your son even now.
Take comfort from this, that there is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The Scripture tells us that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the leaves, the little things as it were about Christ, are full of healing virtue. These healing leaves change the life blood, affect the spirits and make the nature other than it was before. The power to save and to heal does not lie in the person who is to be healed, it lies wholly in Jesus Himself. His teaching has an omnipotent force about it, and when He speaks, healing comes by being brought into contact with Christ.
We have also seen that Christ is grand in emergencies and that He displays His power spontaneously, without need of pressing or even prompting. He is the great Miracle Worker, and from the healing of the sick child we take comfort to bring every hard case before Him. If He has done for us all that we need, we may ask Him to do for our household all that He has done for us.
So we pray now for your dear son, that the Sun of Righteousness would rise upon him with healing in His wings. We ask the Lord to lay His gracious hand upon him for the healing of body and for the quieting and restoring of his mind, to give him pardon and peace through the blood of Christ, for pardon and healing are one in the hand of our Saviour, and to grant to you who love him a calm trust in that pardoning hand. May the Lord in His infinite compassion be pleased to work, whether by ordinary means or by a manifest miracle of mercy, as seemeth good in His sight, and may He sustain you with faith while you wait upon Him.
We will continue to remember you both before the throne of grace. May the Lord bless you and keep you, and give you to see His goodness in the land of the living.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
