My son ### is ### yrs now without speech with mild Autism and sometimes he becomes very aggressive and restless.. Please help my son to lead a normal life.. Please help him to get speech now as he has not called me as maaa. I am waiting to hear from his mouth as Amma.. Please help him with speech and he should speak and fight against aggressiveness..
