My Son And His Wife

Please pray for my son (who is a pastor and teacher at a bible college). My son and his wife have been married for twelve years. They were both very active in church and he has been a pastor for 7 yrs. His wife was really active in church and I thought they have such a good marriage. About a yr. ago, she met this woman and she does everything with her. My son and his wife have 3 beautiful daughters. My son has chronic asthma and has been in the hospital for most of the last year. I just recently found out that it was because things had changed in their marriage. His wife doesn't care about the kids or him anymore, she just wants to be with her friend. The situation is getting so much worse. My son know what to do about it, and she doesn't care about her house, church , kids or him anymore.

Please pray for their marriage and that the Lord will work in her heart to have her come back to the place she should be in her life. He is afraid their marriage will be over soon and he will lose the girls and it will wreck his ministry. He is only 34 yrs old and very dedicated to the Lord and his ministry. Please pray, He asked me to pray , and I did, but, I also know that everyone that prays helps our prayers. Thank you so much. Love in Christ

Lord, the enemy is clever and offers us many enticements to take our focus off you and your kingdom. Herein lies the problems for Dotty's daughter-n-law. He has taken her focus off what is important to her and turned her away from her safety net. I lift up Dotty's son and his family right now. I pray for his wife's deliverance from the enemy and his lies. Lord, only you know what her thinking is, only you know how to turn her around and help her see that she is bringing condemnation upon herself in this new relationship.

Lord, her husband and her children need her to be the wife and mother that she was. I pray for your hand upon this situation. The enemy uses many tricks to make us fall. Please don't let that happen to his ministry and to his family. The enemy has already been defeated and he has no power over your children unless we give it to him. Help her to see that.

She can resist and walk away from sin. It is her choice. Help her to see that clearly, Lord. The situation is in need of your immediate attention. Open the wife's eyes. Remove the blinders that the enemy has placed. Give her wisdom and discernment to see this relationship for what it is, not in your will for her life. Let no weapons formsd against this family prosper. Let no evil or enticing spirit tear this family apart. I pray that this relationship can be restored. This pastor is putting his faith and trust in you to repair what the enemy has done to his family and I stand with him and his children today. May you be with Dotty and give her the strength to stand by her son and grandchildren while they are coping with all that is happening in their lives. We give you the glory, Lord, for touching these prayers, for your mercy and grace and for giving us peace knowing that you are aware of this situation and that you are in control. I just want to say how very much I apprecaiate this site letting me be a member. I was very touched by the prayer from silentangel.It really helps to know that there is a group of other christians out there who care about you.

My son is so special to me, he knew from a child that he was called to preach, he went to bible college and pursued what he truly believed in. He has told me so many times how all he wants to do is to see people come to the Lord, and he feels like he needs to get the word out there. I know that the Lord will protect his ministry. and I TRULY believe that his wife will come back to the Lord , and to her family. God bless you as you pray for everyone, and thank you once again.

Lord, the devil has so many ways to try and tear each one of us away from You, ways to see if he can start that little chip in our armor. Lord, I lift this man and his wife to You in prayer and ask for any outside influences to be cast from them. Lord, may all their eyes be opened to what is going on around them and what they are doing in their lives. I pray for his wife to stop pursuing anything that is tearing their marriage and faith apart and for her to return to the life that You have for her.
