Beloved of All
No nervosity but relaxed body, no waking up to early or waking up through the night. GOOD QUALITY SLEEP EVERY NIGHT uninterrupted and unbothered by any inside or outside force in the name of Jesus. Be it in my body or noisy neighbours or loud passengers outside etc etc

Every time when i lay down let me rest and catch up a sleep as i wish and as i should. Every night 8 hours quality healing regenerating refreshing sleep in Jesus name!!

We join with you in seeking the Lord for the gift of peaceful and restorative sleep, and we thank you for asking in the name of Jesus, for it is through His name we have access to the Father and it is in His name our prayers are heard.

We understand your longing for a relaxed body, for freedom from nervousness, and for deep uninterrupted sleep through the whole night, and we know the Lord cares about this need. He created sleep as a blessing for our bodies and souls to be refreshed and healed. The scripture reminds us, It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil, for he gives sleep to his beloved. Psalm 127:2. And again, In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety. Psalm 4:8. When you lie down, you will not be afraid. Yes, you will lie down, and your sleep will be sweet. Proverbs 3:24.

The nervousness you describe is something the Lord invites us to bring to Him. We are told, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. We are also encouraged to be casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7. Jesus Himself says, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28.

So together we bring your sleep before the throne of grace.

We pray together, Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, and we lift up this dear one to You. We ask that You would quiet their body and calm their mind as they lay down each night. Remove all nervousness and tension and replace it with Your perfect peace that guards heart and thoughts. Grant them deep, healing, regenerating and refreshing sleep, uninterrupted through the night, for a full and healthy measure as their body needs. We ask that You would keep them safe from every disturbance, whether from within the body or from outside forces such as noise from neighbours or passersby. Let no inside or outside force disturb the rest You intend for them. We ask that every time they lay down, they would quickly find rest and sleep as they wish and as they should, waking refreshed and restored to serve You with joy. Let their sleep be sweet and their waking be peaceful, all for Your glory. In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to make your bedtime a time of prayer and surrender, laying every care and every anxious thought before the Lord before you sleep, thanking Him for His protection through the night. As you are able, keep a steady and quiet evening routine, avoid stirring up the mind and body late in the evening, and trust that the Lord who neither slumbers nor sleeps watches over you. He is your keeper and your peace through the dark hours, and He delights to give His beloved sleep.

We hear how much you long for a full night of deep, uninterrupted rest, and how tiring it has been to wake too early, wake through the night, and feel your body tense instead of relaxed. Wanting to lie down and simply sleep well for eight healing hours is such a basic, human need, and we understand why noisy neighbours, sounds outside, and restlessness inside feel so heavy right now.

Sleep touches every part of us, body and spirit, and when it is broken it affects everything else. If this pattern has been going on for a while, we encourage you to bring it to your primary care doctor alongside prayer, so any underlying cause can be looked at with care. Some people find it helpful to keep a simple sleep chart for a week or two, just noting bedtime, wake times and what seemed to disturb rest, to share with a clinician if you do go in. It can bring clarity without adding pressure.

We are praying for God's peace to guard your nights and for your body to be able to settle and stay at rest. You are not forgotten in these long nights, and we ask Him to renew your strength day by day as you seek Him for help and wisdom.

Father, we lift our brother before You and ask for Your gentle care over his nights. Calm what stirs within and quiet what disturbs without, grant a relaxed body and sustained rest, and give clear wisdom for next steps toward healing sleep. Restore him as You see best. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your earnest plea for quiet, healing sleep has been heard and brought before the Lord with tender care. The weariness that comes from broken nights and a restless body is known to Him who formed our frame and knows that we need this mercy.

The Scripture teaches us that sleep is not merely a natural consequence of lying down, but the gift of God. We think we compose ourselves and therefore sleep, but it is not so. Except the Lord put His fingers upon our eyelids and shed a soft and balmy influence over our frame, not one of us would close our eyes. It is written, for so He giveth His beloved sleep. What a precious word that is. The beloved of the Lord may lie down and be refreshed, for the same hand that watches over them by day watches over them by night.

You ask for a relaxed body, for freedom from nervousness, for sleep that is not broken by waking too early or through the night, for protection from every inside and outside disturbance, whether from the body itself or from noisy neighbours and those who pass by. This is a lawful and needful prayer, and we join our hearts with yours in presenting it to our Father. Yet let me remind you of a deeper truth which our Saviour teaches when He says, Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. There is a rest which He gives at once when we come to Him, and there is a rest which we find as we learn of Him and walk with Him. The rest of heaven is not the rest of sleep, for there they serve Him day and night, and holy activity itself is perfect rest. So while we ask for bodily sleep, we must seek first that rest of soul which comes by trusting Christ. Trust and you shall rest.

Have you not found that the very anxiety about sleep can unfit you for sleep. To lie down fretting and measuring the hours only makes the pillow hard. The psalmist says, I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep, for thou, Lord, only makest me dwell in safety. And again, Rest in the Lord. This rest is contentment and peace, a surrendered choice, a lying down gently at the cross, to let God fulfil His purpose. When the mind is like the mind of Christ, there is a deep, abiding rest which prepares the body also for its needful slumber. Cast your care upon Him, for He careth for you. Tell Him about the nerves, the wakefulness, the sounds without. Leave them in His hands and then lie still in His love.

We will pray for you.

O Lord our God, who givest sleep to Thy beloved, look in mercy upon this Thy child who longs for refreshing rest. Thou knowest the frame, Thou rememberest that we are dust. Grant, we beseech Thee, a calm spirit and a relaxed body when laid down to sleep. Drive away all nervous fear and inward stirring that would break the night. Set a hedge about this sleeper, that no outward noise nor inward trouble may rob the rest Thou wouldst give. Give, if it please Thee, full and healing sleep, season after season, night after night, that the body may be regenerated and refreshed for the duties of the day and for cheerful service to Thee. Let it be said, I laid me down and slept, I awaked, for the Lord sustained me. And above bodily sleep, give that better rest which none can disturb, the rest of a heart resting in Christ Jesus, contented with Thy will and kept in perfect peace because stayed upon Thee. Hear this prayer for Jesus sake, and let Thy will be done, for Thou doest all things well. Amen.

May the Lord keep you night by night, and may you find that whether you wake or sleep, you are still with Him, and that to labour for Him by day and to rest in Him by night are both blessed portions of His beloved.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer for peaceful and uninterrupted sleep has been heard, and we join with you in bringing it before the Lord.

We pray that God, who in His care has given night as a haven for our ills and a medicine for our wounds, will grant you what you have asked. May He quiet your body, calm every nervous thought, and keep you from waking too early or through the night. May He give you deep, healing, refreshing sleep, night after night, and guard that rest from any disturbance within or without, whether from the body itself, from noisy neighbors, or from sounds outside. We ask in the name of Jesus that when you lie down you would rest indeed, and that you would receive full and restorative sleep according to your need, for your health and renewal.

Scripture reminds us that He who keeps Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps, and that He has bound sleep to our nature for our good, even when we would not show compassion to ourselves. Because He watches without ceasing, we are able to rest. The suffering of restless nights often comes not only from without but from within, for as it is written, the anxieties of wealth and of this life drive away sleep. When the heart is burdened with cares, with excess or with troubled thoughts, sleep is broken and the soul is tossed.

Therefore we encourage you, even as we pray for you, to guard your heart and to cast all your anxiety upon Him. Sobriety in this sense is the intensity of watchfulness, to keep the eyes of the soul open to what is true and heavenly, and to shut them to the dreams and fantasies that vice and worry bring. An orderly soul, not stifled by excess and not weighed down by many desires, is soon wakeful when it should be awake and soon composed when it should sleep. Its sleep is regular and decent, its rest truly rest, because its trust is not in itself but in God who keeps our foot from being moved when we stand steadfast in Him.

So we pray that the Lord will free you from anxiety and establish you in thorough security and liberty in Christ, that your heart may recover itself quickly and your sleep may be light and peaceful and sufficient. May He quiet what is inside you and also keep watch over what is outside you, so that no noise or disturbance would steal what He gives. May He teach you to make provision for the flesh only for health and not for wantonness, and to spend your chief care on spiritual things, entrusting your nights and days alike to Him.

We will continue to pray that each night, as you lie down, the Lord will hand your soul over to sweet and uninterrupted sleep, and that you will rise refreshed, restored, and strengthened to walk with Him in the day. May His peace, which passes all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and may His keeping presence be your comfort through every night.

In Jesus name, Amen.

Thank you for sharing this deep desire for true and healing rest. God cares about your body and your sleep, and He also invites you into a deeper rest of heart that touches every part of life, including the night.

Scripture speaks of a rest that still remains for the people of God. It is not a rest you earn by trying harder or by perfect effort. It is the rest that comes through faith, through trusting that Jesus has finished the work for you on the cross. Just as God rested after His work of creation, He invites you to cease from striving in your own strength and to enter His rest by believing. Many people find it hard to rest in faith and wish they could see exactly what God is doing, but the only place real rest is found is in faith, not in our own works or abilities.

That is why it is good to look honestly at your heart. Where there is anxiety, turmoil and unrest, God wants to bring calm confidence. Where unbelief keeps us worrying and fretting, faith opens the door to peace. The promise of entering His rest is still open, and He does not want you to miss it or to stay struggling as if you must appease Him yourself. He wants you to rest in Christ and in what He has already done.

That rest of heart also helps the body to rest. When you lay down, you can consciously place yourself in His hands, acknowledge His greatness and power, and say from the heart, I rest on You. Often we only rest on God when we have no other options left, and even then we rest with worry. He is teaching us to rest on Him at all times, to bring every care to Him and to trust that He is watching over you through the night.

I pray for you now that the Lord will give you what you have asked in a way that honors Him and brings healing to you. May He quiet any nervousness within, relax your body, and calm your mind as you lie down. May He guard your sleep from being broken, whether by inward unrest or by outward noises, and grant you full, uninterrupted, refreshing sleep that restores and renews you. The Psalms say He gives sleep to those He loves, and He is your keeper who neither slumbers nor sleeps, the One who stands as a door of protection around you.

If at times sleep is still interrupted, remember that His deeper rest is not taken away. You can still be at peace in Him, trusting that He is with you and will sustain you. Do not harden your heart through worry or unbelief, but keep believing and receiving His promise.

May the Lord help you to enter and remain in His rest, to cease from anxious striving, and to know the quiet confidence that He will take care of you. May His Spirit rest upon you and give you peaceful nights and renewed strength for each day, as you continue to trust in Jesus.

We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have been lifting up your request for sleep before the Lord, that He would calm all nervosity and grant you a relaxed body, that you would not wake too early or be stirred through the night, and that you would enjoy good quality uninterrupted sleep every night, unbothered by any inside or outside force, whether it be restlessness in your body or noisy neighbours or loud passersby outside. We have prayed that every time you lay down you would truly rest and receive the full, healing, regenerating and refreshing sleep you need, even eight hours of peaceful sleep each night.

We continue to stand on the promises of His word for you, that He gives His beloved sleep as it is written in Psalm 127:2 and that you will lie down in peace and sleep for the Lord alone makes you dwell in safety as it is written in Psalm 4:8.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know so we can rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.

May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray for your peaceful and complete rest in Jesus Name, amen.
